The models can't walk it is because it's Cambodia. For the country to have models to walk is the first step. They live in a country that has a history of WAR and destructions. The country is no USA but...building each day at a time.
If these girls are given the proper resources and better training or better yet have MODEL AGENCY, yeah...there's likely chance that they may walk like a model...for now, lets just say nothing at all.
