Love your stuff Adam, the only thing about what you said about the three second rule seemed a bit off. I thought the 3 second rule was to help you talk as soon as possible to sets upon club entry to get yourself into the talkative state (not to just walk across the club straight to te HB10's). Rather the Mystery Method would also suggest building social proof when you can, I've seen him explain this several times also.

With regards to being concerned about the HB's that aren't a 10 - just make sure they are NOT drunk. Usually those girls have a bit more personality & just like the conversation. As long as you're not openly flirtatious you should be fine.. but if they're drunk prepare yourself! HB10's are either lovely girls or stuck up biatches - but I guess that's why you should chat to them before you go in for the kill because then you'll know whether they're a hollow wax figure or just a gorgeous girl..

They will make a snap judgement about you based on your body language, demeanour, clothes, friends and every other aspect of you including how you are dancing. If you are cool, calm, suprememly confident, slightly cocky, and fun then they will be blown away, but if you are awkward, needy or geeky then you will be blown out. Body language is key

I can go along with this. As a rule I will always try to work a room rather than just a particular set. I imagine that I am walking on stage from the moment I walk in as I know that everyone is weighing me up from that point. I usually just open the nearest set even if it is with a simple "How are you guys doing?" as if I own the club as I walk past to the bar where I open the next set as I wait for my drink. Quite often these earlier "just walking past" sets are easier to open later. JT

You make perfect sense with the meta game, if we compare it to warhammer, its the difference between the guy that only uses strong units in one on one fights, compared with the guy that uses a greater variety of units in combination with each other to exploit the rules. I often have trouble when approaching in that i use the 3 second rule on what i think is a female 2 set, to find out its more like a mixed 9 set, ie not scoping out the situation well.

I think that metagame happens all the time, although i didn't know what metagame was i already had that strategy under my belt.

it is often more difficult to hit on HB10's(directly) so u should Ideally get social proof to make the situation easier and of course less obvious.

i mean i do this all the time, basically i scan the room locate all the HB's Keep it in mind and work my way Up i.e HB 4 then 6 etc.
