Got a 2008 tundra and love it!!!!! 381 horses to be exact. 4 inch lift and 35's. Unstoppable. Nice vid boys.

The Toyota bed liner keeps coming off and so does the plastic on the rear bumper. Annoying fuel wasting automatic downshift when I brake on downhills, I like to be in control of any downshifting please. Surging acceleration when in cruise control. Ugly dash with ugly orange lighting. Ugly exterior too. Ok, It's Yamaha V8 has power.
@Ineedeveryoneshelp The automatic downshift saves fuel, it doesn't waste it. When the engine is downshifted the ecu shuts off fuel going to the engine. If you have a scangauge you can see this in any car.

@CharlieDoan I think the land cruisers have become a luxury barge, well at least here in the usa. They are still pretty capable but you need to do some mods to it to get it offroad worthy. Such as taking off the step bars, better tires and a small 2 or 3 inch lift.

nice my tundra has 250 thousand miles on it still runs like its new i dont think any other truck has that kind of quality i also have a t100 beat to shit never had any problems with 375 never had any problems. had a chevy 2500 hd, thing was a f*****g tank but speedometer stopped working temp gauge stopped working ball joints went out twice fuel lines were always leaking one problem after the other gave up on chevy. Ford is shit speaks for itself.

I have one, I know how much power it has. it does 0-60 in 6.5 seconds. and it does a quarter mile faster than a V6 mustang. A TRD supercharger will give this truck 504 hp, but those cost 5K. Unless you own one of these, your assumption about how much power it produces has no credibility.
How did you manage to put your truck into 4wd mode while standing still in the mud? I thought you had to have the Tundra moving to engage from 2wd to 4wd.

ah, my 97 blazer could tear that mud hole up. my blazer has been through some crazy holes and shit. rarely get stuck, never broke a thing. not to bad for a stock blazer with street radials. the 4x4 is unbeleivably relaible.
Wow! Excellent differential, traction control and limited slip. I have never seen 4x4 car with all wheel spinning perfectly like that. Many 4x4 cars end up one wheel spinning like crazy when they are in mud (due to poor limited slip). But Tundra does a very much better job than any other 4x4 trucks in getting all wheel spun to get out of the obstacles.
@mrqoopify You obviously haven't seen very many 4wd trucks, its called a good limited slip or a locker. If you end up with a one tire fire in mud then its a worn out limited slip. Truck did fine in the mud though, but contrary to the kids comments this is a far cry from a "big mud pit".
@kidcorvair Actually traditionally toyota trucks have been very durable, unfortunately the current generation of tundra trucks seams to be the exception to this rule. Give it 15 years then compare it to previous generation tundras or competitor trucks. Toyota thought they could just throw a bunch of 'hardware' at it like big brakes, 6 speed transmission, and race engine and have a winner of a truck. Unfortunately it takes more than that to make a good truck, like a strong frame.

My dodge was the replacement for my Chevy. (I got rid of that when it started developing problems with in six months of purchase, and yes, it was brand new.) When I lived in Panama, almost all of the truck there were toyota's. So I'd love to hear what you are basing that statement on.

I've had my tundra in minnesota for 4 years, and the frame looks immaculate! and the accelerator problems were caused by poor driving skills, anyone with half a brain would know how to stop a car that accelerated uncontrollably. @TheBaller357 im all chevy also but my grampas tundra is a beast. its not 4 wheel drive but i have had some serioud loads on it and no problems. only thing is the latch on the rear windows broke. other than that its a great truck for just about anything its done every job i have asked it to do and not one problem out of it.

ah, my 97 blazer could tear that mud hole up. my blazer has been through some crazy holes and shit. rarely get stuck, never broke a thing. not to bad for a stock blazer with street radials. the 4x4 is unbeleivably relaible.

Wow! Excellent differential, traction control and limited slip. I have never seen 4x4 car with all wheel spinning perfectly like that. Many 4x4 cars end up one wheel spinning like crazy when they are in mud (due to poor limited slip). But Tundra does a very much better job than any other 4x4 trucks in getting all wheel spun to get out of the obstacles.

@mrqoopify You obviously haven't seen very many 4wd trucks, its called a good limited slip or a locker. If you end up with a one tire fire in mud then its a worn out limited slip. Truck did fine in the mud though, but contrary to the kids comments this is a far cry from a "big mud pit".

@kidcorvair Actually traditionally toyota trucks have been very durable, unfortunately the current generation of tundra trucks seams to be the exception to this rule. Give it 15 years then compare it to previous generation tundras or competitor trucks. Toyota thought they could just throw a bunch of 'hardware' at it like big brakes, 6 speed transmission, and race engine and have a winner of a truck. Unfortunately it takes more than that to make a good truck, like a strong frame.

@jkguitarfreak95 Let me tell you something, I beat the living crap out of my 2004 Tundra. I bought it because my dodge kept popping power steering boxes like they were going out of style. My dodge was the replacement for my Chevy. (I got rid of that when it started developing problems with in six months of purchase, and yes, it was brand new.) When I lived in Panama, almost all of the truck there were toyota's. So I'd love to hear what you are basing that statement on.
