I'm not like very smart into acoustic. But I think this idea with aluminum blockc material in door and some interior details is not good. Some soft materil over acoustic insulation material will be perfect. This aluminium distorted looks cheap and distorted sound too :)

@mayyay1232 - Only 4.5cubes per 18" and tuned to 29hz. We are planning to extend the box to get about 6cubes per sub.

It's peak is 156 @ 25hz which is a pretty low peak considering the small cubic footage.
