So after Luke knocked the final Kaiser Dist machine into the air with Dist on it and it exploded, he actually didn't die after all? I'm happy about that, to be perfectly honest...

Or was this part in your game before the Tower of Rem where you fight Dist for the last time?

Seriously....

Oh, you can use Unknown Mode too and get the outfit, it makes the enemy difficulty is random. The first time I put difficulty on Unknown I thought I'd be okay, but I found a normal monster that kept killing me and wouldn't go down. I about lost my mind, wondering what was wrong, then I remembered I'd changed the difficulty...and changed it back really quick after I escaped xD
