Its an illusion to think that there wont be an immigration reform, that every illegal person will go back to their home country. I agree that the government have to judge each one by their criminal records, taxes, etc, and decide who deserve to stay or not.

Many illegal immigrant over stay their visa, so they don't come here illegally. Of course Korea isn't a bad place, but think about it! Her family moved to America for a better life, just like everyone else does. So some part of their lives must have been bad! She's been here since the age of TWO! America is her only reality. And once she's back in Korea she's stuck there forever. She'd have to get used to a whole different way of life. Imagine yourself in her position.
