I have had the same issue. Their rates have gone up when it is time to renew. You cancel they keep sending you bills. They will call and offer you the rate you were at weeks later after you have spent 12 hours on the phone. i am done I have it in two cars and internet subscription. Customer service called me yesterday and hung up on me when i was explaining i wanted to cancel. DONE DONE!
