Erm you download it from the wow website or the launcher, and let it download wow again -_- and then you copy characters acroos, and no erm you dont keep anything, but you know what to expect on the bosses which is good

I think they realised they'd knackered the game mechanics about a year ago. They're just trying to keep it alive until "Titan" is released then all Activision Blizzard will do is focus on that, and WoW will be left to rot since it's ran it's course for the last time after nerfing heroic Cataclysm instances.
