I believe Richard Street, who was in the 1st incarnation of the Temptations when they were called Otis Williams and the Distants and then with the Temptations after the 60's is one of the writers on this one. He also doubled as a writer at Thelma Records (Berry Gordy's 1st wife's record company). One result of that partnership resulted in Liz Land's "Midnight Johnny" being released on Gordy Records in '64. The name on this cut says it all!
