it is funny that they forget to say that the defense attorneys get thousands of dollars to defend a DUI case and they are first in line to defeat laws. They also forget to tell you about the DUI arests that are not Alcohol and are Drugs. This expert witness also does not want you to know that he gets about 300.00 a hour to testify. They do not count passengers and they forget to say that drivers can refuse a test after an accident if a warrant can not be obtained.Tell the families this if u dare
Why would a defense lawyer want to overturn the laws if he is making a ton of money defending these cases? As far as your other "facts" they are complete bullshit. Sure you can refuse a breth test and automatically lose your license for two years regardless of convicton. You are the kind of asshole who will believe anything the cops or goernment tells you. What until you have been jacked around by the system then leave a comment. There are also no data on how many are let go because of connectio
