You're right about the cocky part with the tic-tac-toe grids. It's obvious they KNOW almost everyone is too dumbed down to notice or question it. We even get C's, and S's, and of course the usual X's and rainclouds disappearing seconds after a couple jets fly through them, yet no one NOTICES.
