  • What about folereh or spinach leaves please, thank you

  • @kubiyama Yeah you are right.Folereh are really great leaves to add. You can boil the folereh with some okra and chili , then blend it with half of a Maggi. Serve with the rice.

  • Hi can thisbe made with lamb and fish?

  • @aliciasy156 Yes you can make it with lamb. It' ll be great.

  • I am marking this one to try soon. This and American jambalaya are pretty clearly from the same tradition.

  • @leftysergeant I would be very happy to know how it was. I hope you liked it.

Yeah it should be probably from the same tradition.

  • Aren't you supposed to fry the fish first separately (by itself in the oil) from the onions and tomato paste? Then when the fish is crisp you remove it.

    Anyway, I love thiebou dien.

  • @misscamara12 I know that way work too but i prefer when the fish is not so crispy and have the flavor of the sauce. But all depend on how you like it. Try this method maybe you ll like it.

    Thanks.

  • @misscamara12 O okay. That way is probably healthier too. Btw, out of curiosity, how did you learn to make african recipes?
