@kubiyama Yeah you are right.Folereh are really great leaves to add. You can boil the folereh with some okra and chili , then blend it with half of a Maggi. Serve with the rice.
I am from Mauritania, I was born in America & I dont know how to cook anything in the west african culture & I am very ashamed, so I thank you for this video, it helped a lot(;
Aren't you supposed to fry the fish first separately (by itself in the oil) from the onions and tomato paste? Then when the fish is crisp you remove it.
@misscamara12 I know that way work too but i prefer when the fish is not so crispy and have the flavor of the sauce. But all depend on how you like it. Try this method maybe you ll like it.
@Kouglizia yes you are right back home we don't care much about these wonderful dishes it's only when we are abroad that we see how wonderful these food are.
I am really happy that everyone enjoy it. It was a pleasure to help.

The dynamic duo did it again! Girl, your show is more and more professionally done. I hope some body from the new Guinean government spots you and gives your own television show. Of course, all this will not be possible without Boubacar behind the camera ( you guys are the dynamic duo). I tell you, I am hook to your show! Your riz gras is soooo appetizing! I always give parties at my house. But the next time i have guess over, they will be in for a shock when I bombard them with my..
