I'm thinking I'm about 27. That's approximately when it started getting hard for me to remember my age without thinking about it, and I certainly feel more like a twenty-something than my actual age of 32 or whatever it is.
you used to eat one meal a day? i'm curious how big it was, when it was, and whether it was varied or something regular.
i once knew a guy who would go to burger king every night for dinner, and order the exact same thing, despite living in a coop where din was served.
Mostly Taco Bell, things are much more varied now but I eat what I like. My theory is if you have to think about it, it's probably causing you more stress than it's worth. The results are pretty good, I'd say. I don't even own pain pills anymore; it's been more than three years since I've taken them. Another cool side effect is not being sick all the time.
Our weather experiences couldn't be further apart right now :) And good for you on the health turnaround too!

Thanks. It's been a long road. Just have to remember to do the stretching for the lower back so this doesn't happen again.
