This guy is spot on. I have been a social worker since 1984, and am still in the field; we have created mass- dependency and an overall mentality shift from which I do not believe we will recover. I had the privilege of communicating many years ago with the Right Honorable Prime Minister of Rhodesia, Ian Smith.
