  • DUE PROCESS IS DEAD IN CALIFORNIA

    SECTION FROM SBX211

This bill would provide that no governmental entity, or officer or employee of a governmental entity, shall incur any liability or be subject to prosecution or disciplinary action because of benefits provided to a judge under the official action of a governmental entity prior to the effective date of this bill on the ground that those benefits were not authorized under law.

  • Under the 14th amendment SBX211 makes it legal to bribe judges in California. LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT THE BEST COURTS MONEY CAN BUY.

  • SBX211 does not restore due process

SBX211 violates Article 1 section 9 (no expostfacto laws)

SBX211 violates the 14th amendment (no equal protections)

SBX211 violate checks and balances between legislative and Judicial powers.

Judges do not disclose the county payments at the onset of any trial where the county is either a party to the case or has a financial interest. (Judges violate Judicial codes of ethics)

Judges refuse to recuse themselves when requested under CCP170

  • Derivatives are something not many can understand? False. This guy treats us like we're children. Screw Romney and his polished lies and condescension.

  • Mitt is by far the best debater. But don't hold that against him. He also has a track record of fixing up other people's messes in the private sector, the non-profit sector, and in government.

  • @Morghost

Yea, because by buying out and subsidizing small companies, like he did many times, then slashing wages, laying off workers, eventually firing them, and then bankrupting the company, and at the same giving himself and his cronies large bonuses, is such a great way of cleaning up messes  This guy is nothing but a corporate fascist, and a white Barry Soetaro. Not to mention, he has changed his stance on so many issues. Complete phony.

  • Take easy note how Ron Paul reduces complicated issues to simple understanding rooted in a proper knowledge of constitutional and philosophical principles.

I love how the others are now parroting his arguments increasingly.

  • Really funny how they are all puppets of Ron Pauls Ideals now...

  • With Ron Paul having all his donations made not only by individuals but most of his contributions come from our military men and women....what does that tell any of us...they get it...why are we not getting it...they can see all these other clowns that are being controled by the puppet masters behind the scences are just gonna keep us where we are at, if not make things worse...RON PAUL!! 2012

  • People talk about Romney's hair, others talk about Paul's nervous rambling. It's all about image and making people feel good. Good luck Amerika!

  • Apart from his stance on abortion, i agree with almost everything Ron says.

  • Romney or Bachmann would definitely get the nomination, if the nomination is based on hair.

If it is based on information and the Constitution, Ron Paul will win for sure!

  • Mitt is so presidential looking and I am a dumb sheep. So he gets my vote! BAAAAAAA AAAAAA!!!

  • @ThatS0meBadHatHarry Somebody said Ron Paul can't win, so gee.... I don't want to be stupid or anything... BAAAAAAAA AAAAAAA!!!!

    Ron Paul 2012 !!!

NOT Supported By Mainstream Media !!!!

  • Romney reminds me of a cigar store Indian, he gets up there ans says absolutly nothing. America needs Ron Paul starting in 2012

  • Ron Paul 2012! Too bad that the Republican voting body is too stupid and will nominate a Bush & Mccain clone. (Romney,Perry)

  • 48% bad loans to people who could't afford them. Who were the companies offering these affordable 3-5 year fixed rates? Then wham the variable hit, 2- 3X's what these people could afford along with their home being devalued. WHO sold them these loans, WHO RATED & packaged these Loans into AAA derivatives? WHO warned the SEC? HOW many yrs did it TAKE the SEC to respond? WHO ran to CONGRESS saying the SKY is falling? WHO bailed the Corps out? Investigate Elite WHITE COLLAR criminals & AMERO.

  • Romney spends his first 2 minutes giving an 8th grade history lesson. Thanks for that Mitt.

  • 1,776th viewer, yay ron paul

  • @gan0nsl4y3r

    LOL!

    I'm a witness, good call..!

    ;-)

  • IF YOU ARE FOR BAILING OUT THE BIG BANKS AND CORPORATIONS YOU SHOULD VOTE MITT ROMNEY, MITT HAS RECEIVED $250,000 SO FAR FROM GOLDMAN SACHS THATS MORE THAN OBAMA AND MCCAIN RECEIVED FROM THEM! HHMMMMMM! VOTE RON PAUL 2012! I KNOW I AM!

  • I clicked "like" for this video because of Mitt's section during the latter half. I've never heard a candidate more presidential in both competency and integrity than Mitt Romney!

  • mitt " i dont want to get rid of regulations, i want to update them and get the economy flowing". WTF. Ron Paul 2012.

  • Mitt 2012!

Unemployment under Obama after 2.5 years: 9.2%. Unemployment under Rick Perry after 12 years: 8.2%. Unemployment under Mitt Romney after 4 years: 4.7%.

Nationalize those numbers and you'd have 10 million more jobs under Romney than either Perry or Obama.

Mitt understands what makes the economy tick. Let's take back the economy for the private sector! Vote Mitt in 2012!!!

  • @jedmerrill He also said corporations are people, that's dangerous.

  • @HamalSharatan How is that dangerous????? Who do you think owns and runs corpoarations, people. If you tax corporations, who do you tax, people. If you shut down corp. who loses their jobs, robots?, no people. If you come down agains corps, you effect my wife/school teachers pension fund as well as every other pension and IRA in America.

  • Corporations are recognized by the law to have rights and responsibilities like natural persons ("people"). They can exercise human rights against people and the state, and they can be responsible for human rights violations. They are conceptually immortal but they can "die" when they are "dissolved" either by statutory operation, order of court, or voluntary action on the part of shareholders. Insolvency may result in a form of corporate 'death." They can even be convicted of criminal offenses,

  • @jedmerrill You are retarded. you actually think that romney is a better choice than Paul? Wtf is wrong with you. you aren't american.

  • @jedmerrill excellent post! couldn't agree more. Mitt's understanding of the complicated issues that face america is incredible and comes from a lifetime of work in the private sector. He distills it down to simple and understandable terms. Go Mitt!

  • @cureloms

You're a fucking idiot if you think the neo-con Mitt Romney means a word he says. Romney has no integrity whatsoever and I would bet my life that as soon as he gets into the white house it will be business as usual. In voting for him, you're voting for a snake-oil salesman.

    Ron Paul 2012!

  • @jedmerrill

Romeny is a neo-con and a socialist traitor. Ron Paul is the real deal. You are an anti-American scumbag.

  • Ugh, its been about 35 seconds, and Mitts EMPTY "founding fathers" rhetoric has got my stomach churning. Its sad that most Americans can only understand his kindergarten style "things now bad. Me make things better" "We need freedom. Me return America to its great principals." As opposed to Ron Paul's actual Ideas.

Everyone just outlines Paul's substance and parrots it as rhetoric now.

  • Tough act to follow, Romney. Note how Romney divides freedom into categories.

  • Mitt's right, we need to reign in government. Repeal obamacare...

Wait, what? That's it? What about the wars, social programs, corporate entitlements, and unapportioned and limitless taxes and spending?

Anyhow, this was a good format letting them speak individually to cut out on the crosstalk.

  • @DiscountPeople Nice post

  • My god Mitt...stop referencing the founders. You are completely ignorant to their ideals. What a joke!

  • We don't need any damned government to "encourage" us Mitt!!! We need them to get the hell out of the way!

  • Wow Mitt.... raising the point that we shouldn't ask those that got us in this mess to get us out, or trust them to get us out? I remember Ron Paul saying that about YOU and the other republican cadidates back in 08 when talking about Iraq and other issues that you supported at the time. But as the voters started to become more concerned with "tea party" type issues, you started sounding like Ron Paul a little... just like the rest of them. I remember when Ted Kennedy debated Mitt years ago

  • RON PAUL! RON PAUL! RON PAUL! Look at how these other people just get up and play off of Ron Paul and his views ... Man Ron Paul has been saying the same thing before this 2012 campain ... RON PAUL! RON PAUL! RON PAUL!

  • Ron Paul answers his questions with so much detail showing his depth of knowledge of all the issues. He schooled everyone there and everyone watching.

Romney`s answers were so broad and general. It felt like he was telling a story to a bunch of children.

  • @freezkeer AMEN!

  • GOOD JOB MITT!

  • And also, MItt is talking people, politics and not ideas. Probably because he doesn't have any ideas other than how he can personally gain power and influence. That's a politician like Romney's interest.

  • And Romney makes it sound like the people taking out the loans were the liars in the "liar loans" when actually it was the banks that encouraged the lying. "Ohhh yeah... why don't you write $50,000 it'll get you a lower interest rate"... and the mortgage banker a bonus for having sold another loan which was then packaged as a financial product and sold to other people as a AAA investment.

  • Romney says "the older I get the more interested I am in the ideas of the founders" - actually, the more Republican primary voters are interested in these ideas that more he acts interested in them. Mitt is such a fraud.

  • Hmmm...I really like Ron Paul...but Mitt Romney may be what America needs at this time... just sayin'...

  • So far, Ron Paul is the one who truly sounds sensible...the others are just sensational...

  • 14th Amendment didn't grant NEW power to the federal government. It just extended the protections of White Citizens to that of the freed slaves and to corporations.

I think that Princeton Professor Robert George needs to study history.

  • thumbs up for ron paul. thumbs down for romney

  • Some of these gentle are in their 60's & 70's..for god sakes give them a chair to sit on.

  • Can you imagine Obama participating in this kind of forum? The two words "Epic Failure" come to mind.

  • @Morghost that..i can agree on.

  • i dont know how to rate this thing.. i want to give a like for ron paul but give a dislike for mitt romney. hahaha

  • Romney understands the economy and how the federal government affects it. If you listen and understand what he says you cannot help but know the man is brilliant!

  • @Morghost nope! ron paul all the way..

  • @Morghost try comparing their records. do the research and you will end up thinking differently

  • @Morghost Did romney predict the housing bubble>?nope,in '07 he told us housing prices would remain strong_Did he warn of the evil of QE1,2 or 3>? nope. He told us bernake was doing a good job_Did he speak out against state mandated healthcare before it was enacted on the federal level>? nope. He enacted it on a state level_ What about war>? He supported all of them when a republican was in office, Now hes against um that a dem is in office. check ron pauls record. it has not changed once

  • I like Ron Paul, but Romney is better and can get things done if elected.

  • MITT rOBAMAy - A vote for him will be the straw that broke the camels back....

Plus, Mitt is no tea party member. Anyone who says they are a tea party member and supports Mitt rOBAMAy are in a sheep suit. Just open the zipper and you'll see the wolf inside.

  • RON PAUL 2012!!!

Mitt Robamay is big government, "we the people" don't need big government anymore. Rick Perry didn't show because he knows he can't hold a cup of water to Ron Paul.

  • Dr. Paul's Achilles' heel is he is a secessionist. It is a cultural bias in the region he was raised to resist Federal enforcement of our Constitution. Call it the Southern block. We see it here in Dr. Paul's backward answer for the 14th Amendment question. If abortions are to Dr. Paul a matter of life and death, he would support a Federal ban. But secession is part of his dogma.

This debate is staged, setting up Romney and Gingrich to look good to a controlled opposition split by secession.

  • @StratusBlue

You realize Dr. Paul was raised in Pennsylvania. Take your sectional arrogance somewhere else.

  • @ghost0441 He panders to Texans for a living. Secession is popular there. If he believed abortion denied a right to life he would support a FEDERAL ban. But he is a panderer. Corruption at the Federal, state, county and city level must be prosecuted by strong willed citizens. Not shirked. Dr. Paul is YOUR Obama. More controlled opposition designed to give you hope. He does not even bring up the $TRILLIONS unaccounted for at the Pentagon which Rumsfeld called Terrifying 1 day before 9-11.

  • @StratusBlue

The most secessionist state in the union is California. They have tried secession multiple times this century and are still in talks to split the state in 2 . Secession is not a regional ideal. Dr. Paul is not my Obama because unlike Paul, Obama can't seem to keep his word about anything except his unwanted health care plan. You obviously didn't listen to the debate because he said he does NOT support a federal ban, but instead wants it back in the hands of the states.

  • @ghost0441 That is the point of my comment. If abortion is opposed on the grounds that it denies life, a Constitutionalist opposes it for the entire USA. We cannot have states which do not protect life equally under the law. Dr. Paul is not interested in protecting life on Constitutional grounds. He would (as Romney would) shirk making a Constitutional argument for life, AND panders to the main stream secession crowd. It is typical of a politician with no guts. We need a tiger.

  • @StratusBlue Constitutionally would a blanket ban on abortions across the country outlaw abortions that threatens the life of the mother? Paul believes abortion to be an act of violence. Paul also believes the more difficult and controversial the topic, the more it should be handled on a state and local level and not by big brother US Govt. "I would rather be exposed to the inconvenience attending too much Liberty than those attending too small degree of it".- Thomas Jefferson

  • @StratusBlue

Then you do not understand the constitutionalist's point of view. Abortion is not covered specifically in any amendment, therefore the right lies with the states. That is the constitutional view. More liberal states like California will probably uphold Roe Vs. Wade and more conservative states probably will not. It is about LIMITING Federal power in all forms even on something that he is against such as abortion.

  • WHAT ABOUT WARS ROMNEY?? WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT WARS??!!!

  • I'm "LIKING" this on Romney's behalf. Go Mitt!!!

  • @orlinoc Remember the Obama Bots.

  • Ron Paul's mind, at 76, moves so fast it's hard for his mouth to keep up sometimes. Epicness machine.

  • I find it funny that anti-Paul people have to fight so hard to argue against his policies, If he had bad policies they would be easy to argue against would they not? Perhaps if they studied his policies more vs. the rest, they'd realize he has put more thought into them than any of the others, and has not changed them for 30 years, because he doesn't need to, they all promote more liberty, and economic freedom, because they are all what the constitution advocates.Ron Paul 2012

  • Yeah mitt tell them how good you did for us in Ma. Gun restrictions more taxes license and marrige fee raises. ROMNEY CARE. tax people who dont have health care. It costed me 600 dollars to massachusetts because I didnt have health insurance for 3 months out of the year. You raised gas tax. 47th in job growth. Yep you are winning matieral lets get it right RON PAUL 2012.

  • Dr. Ron Paul doesn't prepare speeches, he creates epicness spontaneously.

  • Nothing about the FED. Softball questions. Skimming answers. Romney care. Status quo. Good grief if he gets in. Want more war? Vote Romney.

  • "Mitt, go get 'em" -Ron Paul

  • I'm Mitt Romney, and I am a Moron.

  • The USA is a Republic, Mitt, not a democracy. Who funds your campaign, Mitt? He disses ObamaCare, which was based on RomneyCare??? LOL Too funny! We the People are sick of the same-old, same-old, Mitt. You and your ilk are part of the problem, not part of the solution.

  • Ron Paul!

  • Nobody gives a shit what Romney think, all the action is on the Ron Paul speech.

  • I didn't know Dudley Do-Right was a car salesman

  • this guy is just a rich dude with hair gel, funded by special interests. RON PAUL is none of that, funded by individuals...completely consistent record. romney is a tool.

  • @dfxt28 actually he looks like a stiff robot :)

  • @jimlap777 I would vote for Ron Paul based on substance because he has NOT been coached in speaking sound bite like all the other slicksters. If you want flash and continual b.s. then vote for any of the others.

  • Mitt Nobody Romney's "Romney Care" was the blue print for "Obama Care!" What a hypocrite!

  • Mitt Sox is an audit regulation for public traded companies idiot!!!

  • Mitt- I'm a democrat, regulation is good! (I have to say this, all my big donors will get mad) bhahahahahah clown!

  • Mitt... Impressive.
