Looks good but you could be looking through a glass pane and the person you see is actually behind the camera reflecting himself on the glass where the door is. The door opening could be staged. We dont see the bottom of the door.

If you listen closely you can hear the background noise change pretty drastically (it gets a lot louder) right as the "ghost" comes into frame, and then go back to where it was as soon as the "ghost" disappears. Seems pretty obvious that this is fake based on what happens with the background noise. It's really easy to hear if you listen with headphones.

I can’t say if this video was real or fake, but I will say I saw inconsistencies. I noticed that the door isn't closed. There is a noticeable change in sound quality at :16, where it seems as if someone has overlapped videos. This would be done in the instance of placing another clip an top of another-for lowering the opacity on the upper clip to show someone kind of see thru. If this is real, and you are haunted, contacting someone official like a priest or a medium might not be a bad idea.

Simple explanation: The camera is looking through glass, maybe a window. After the door was pushed open, somebody walked behind the camera at the correct distance and angle in relation to the camera's perspective so the reflection can be seen in front of the doorway.

If I were you, I'd get out as soon as possible, I see no clues that this was fake, and I do believe that whatever that thing is, it's capable of physically moving objects, so it could probably cause physical harm. So you should either sell the house, or have the house blessed. One of the two will work without any difficulty.
