wow this is cool, especialy the Blanka ultra one that will come in handy because alot of blankas do that on wakeup and you're forced to block it normaly but it does alot of chip, sometimes enough to kill you but this way you'll get him first ;). remember you can also cancel any of those parries in gouken's own super if you have the meter and I believe he can FADC the parry and land his ultra in some places. neat

@HooDlymUK If Blanka does the ultra as a reversal GTFO outta the way because it cannot be parried then. Also Gouken can cancel his EX parry hit and perform the ultra instead. (QCF,EX Parry,QCF+PPP)

Why do you call Gouken's move a Parry?, isn't it a counter? like Gueese Howard, Blue Marry, Kasumi Todo, Ryujin Yamazaki??
