@RustyGunsM10 if you care to join Occupy in defending our rights with the 2nd amendment, I'm sure you, or anyone else exercising their 2nd amendment rights, would be most welcome.
If my boss tell me to do something and I say NO....then I'll have no job! So, while I understand the occupy movement, the man has to do what he is told.
@ranmas2004 No one knows who owns the property, not even the sheriff. So, why does anyone have to do what he's told when it's morally wrong? Why is any of what you describe the right thing to do?
@bloggerinterrupted I understand what you are saying. BUT if your boss tell you to do something and you need the job to provide for your family then you have 2 choices: 1. Do it and stay employed or 2. Dont do it and look for another job to provide for your family......even if its morally wrong. Corporations dont give a crap about morals......that is why people protesting. Its hard enough to find a job now.....might not be right but that is reality people dealing with now.

A court order throwing a family out of a home which the court does not know who owns is illegitimate on its face. That makes a sheriff enforcing that order illegitimate. He should not enforce it. And he should be willing to lose his job over it, yes.
I dont understand how nobody is paying attention to the true issue at hand....they ARENT PAYING THEIR BILLS...Looks like she wants a bailout the same as the banks. A potential loophole isnt an excuse to not pay your bills and meet obligations.

@doorgunner1966 They lived in this house for 40 years ! The bank doesn't own the house. They split the mortgage into pieces(derivatives) and sold them. They lost the investment. We bailed them out and now they want to take the houses too. Open your eyes ! They can't find who owns the mortgage. The state of Maryland is suing J.P. Morgan for this situation. Including trying to foreclose on houses paid off already. The banks need to prove it first.
