@christy0misty Have you heard of Charlotte Thomson Iserbyt, she's from the 80's and talks a lot about how the public education system has been transformed from being meant to teach children academics, to trying to shape their world view and behavior
Didn't understand this happened in the 70s-80's but I guess thats why it seems like "the norm" now
U dont need to respond but just something I think you would be interested in
I would have still been in a relationship if my ex had your same understanding Christy. Feminism in her country is just as bad. She was super sweet and WAAYY into me. But the longer we dated, the more her undercover feminist programming started to show. Yes, programming. She wont even use her dads last name. She has anti male programming and won't even try to understand it!! Your message would save tons of relationships
Norway recently withdrew all the funding to so called "gender studies" in scientific research much due to a documentary "hjernevask" (Brainwash) shown on National Tv NRK. It shines the light on how feminism do not hold up to science when faced with biology and psychology.
sweden still keeps up the gender fascism.
The show has English subtitles and should be seen and spread by anybody antifeminist and interested in the present nordic situation.
Alright, an important question: Are you going to start making new videos? I love every video you have made and didn't discover your channel until a couple of weeks ago.
@christy0misty Since you say you read everything people send you...I am a guy about the same age as you and just wanted to say how great what you're doing is and how much it is appreciated. It has been like coming up for air watching your videos on gender, feminism, and men's rights. You are a kind person who gets it and cares about EVERYONE. I wish there were more people like you and hope that I will someday meet one. Keep talking.
You really clam up when it comes to person questions, not that I blame you, but Christy, you almost seem uncomfortable, which is out of the ordinary for you!
@defcon10000 Haha. Honestly I think I was just more relaxed. When talking about "the issues" (like feminism...) I get all fired up, but this was a lazy day and I wasn't all that snappy with responses. Mehh. Chillin'! :)
Christy, have you read the new book, The Flipside of Feminism by Suzanne Venker and Phyllis Schlafly? I heard good things about it and I've ordered a copy.
What a gorgeous, healthy, intelligent, grounding young lady, makes me wish I was a lot younger and living near her. She restores my faith in women as being a "woman" as opposed to that creation the left wing, political correct fools amongst us come up with a few years back, "the feminist", they were horrible.
let me tell you all a story. this june 2011, i had a kid in my graduating class junior high. he came all dressed up so nicely to graduation in the evening. when the ceremony started, he started looking for his family members. NO ONE CAME. that's right, he was searching for about an hour and kept searching. his father has no rights to see him. his mother was not present for who knows what reason. he had no one there to congratulate him from his family. that was an awful feeling i felt for him.
nice to hear your story about your family and how mom and dad made you guys their priority. nothing beats a mother and father who takes care of their child in a loving and fun way. this was the nuclear family structure for thousands of decades.
i love higher math i love to program too i only know java programming though i intend to write an iphone app soon any ideas on what i should write would be nice
You know, it's striking just how similar our familial backgrounds are. And it's also very relevant to see that most of us women who aren't feminists often have the same background of a united family or at least one that didn't know divorce. BTW, do you believe widows with young children should remarry the soonest possible or can actually handle their family properly after the death of their husbands?
@alrune8 why not ofcourse a women a handle family properly after death of their husband. bcoz for her children she is prime importance (source of luv and care). ya they miss the father's guidance and motivation. but i guess mother can play a role of father too if there is no other way. and if she find a way to earn money to her family. she can minimize and run the family properly (but child miss their father bcoz thats the fact)
@hellobal100 Mother had to look out for her four kids after our father's untimely death. Very hard times because she was mostly a housewife during her whole time with us and my dad, even though she used to work before having her kids. And the problem is, when you're in your early 50's with no experience, no one wants to hire you. Me and my older brother were old enough to look after ourselves, unaided, but my younger sister and brother were not. Choosing home can be a risky choice in some cases.
@alrune8 JUST THE NEED OF HOUR IN THAT CASE IS FINANCIAL SUPPORT. since she is 50's she cant be hired but nothing can stop her from being business women.
@hellobal100 Those are things that belong to the past. My mother is now semi-retired but becoming a business woman is no easy fit when you're in your 50's and your body isn't as resilient as it was in your 20's. She proved to us that it's possible indeed since she started her own business but she could only last as long as my younger siblings needed her to. She eventually let her business in the hands of her employee and she now just owns the store because old age claims us all in the end.
@alrune8 So true... DEFINITELY a/the key element! In answer to the question... I would say it depends completely upon the circumstances. Every situation is different. Certainly raising young children is easier with two parents than with one, and it's better for the children to have both a mother AND father. At the same time, that does depend on all sort of variables regarding the last marriage. A lot of it is probably also timing. How's that for clarity of answer? lol :)
The issue with the dragon is just whether they exist or not. Seeing a dragon is proof enough of existence. There are no other factors involved. With women, experience has taught us that by their very nature they project a false persona with extremely rare exceptions. We can not see their true character and most people can think of countless examples where they thought a woman was good, smart, and faithful and proved she was not. It is like comparing the physical to the spiritual.
@Speirsbg See the dragon is about visual confirmation, seeing a good woman is about character. This takes more time and relies on experience. Nobody thinks that women don't exist after seeing them (which would be the correct analogy).
God, WHATS WRONG WITH YOU? Not only is the quality of your videos terrible but now we can't even hear them. Can you PLEASE pretend that its 2011 and improve the quality of your videos are intelligence demands it
She just got the new mic and it probably needs adjusting in hew software settings. While here videos are not studio quality they are more than adequate for most people. Also, there is no need for a lack of civility here. Comments as to how she may improve the quality of her videos are welcome and more constructive.
By the way, it is "our intelligence" not "are intelligence"
Ur a rare breed of woman and I like that. U get it that men these days want to be appreciated and respected by the women in their life regardless of their relationship status with those women. Beauty and brains is a very good combination and u have both of those. Kep it up. As another person stated on here, the man who u end up with will be very lucky to have as the woman in his life.
Normally I don't "watch" Vlogs but I noticed your camera is BRIGHT. Anyway. Yes, sacrifices are always necessary. I was talking with my father just this morning (I work nights so I'm awake when most are just waking). He never made sacrifices for me or my brother. We raised ourselves and I don't recommend this for anyone but when you have to raise yourself you tend to be eclectic, ill-mannered, and rebellious. It shows that your father was deeply involved with your life instead of a TV nanny.
Hey, it was nice to see you just being yourself a bit and take off the boxing gloves (not that the boxing gloves aren't awesome). I know it's pedestrian to observe, but it's always sad to me when people's humanity get lost behind their political and social stances. Fun video - thanks for sharing! :)
That's human nature, and specifically the imagetic nature of Internet - and YouTube (videos).

She's quite smart, though. Of course that takes her a much longer way than the usual beautiful attention-whore that has nothing interesting to say.
You did become very popular, very fast. Also, its the nature of niche-youtube communities that people bond closer and feel closer and more personal to you. For example, Bernard Chapin gets more messages than he could answer if it was his job.
@Terra1311 You obviously missed the word "niche communities". My comment was about this particular niche, not youtube as a whole. In this community, the top video-makers like bernard chapin have no more than 1000 views per video and they took months or years to build up to it.

"If a man sees a dragon for once in his life, he will believe in dragons forever,
but if a man sees a good, smart and faithful woman, he will never believe it.
What is it that makes us believe in dragons?"
