Not a bad tutorial, but that isn't actually a monkey vault. When you bring your knees to the height of your HIPS --> Monkey vault

If you just tuck your knees --> Catspring

I did it few times yersterday but I practiced hellavolot before that and today I finally did without any flaw few times. Though I did it before watching you. Btw, u r right it's good to start out with lower to higher obstacles. I might use that for my training of other vaults. Thank you

Monkeys are for more inclosed or up close rails/obstacles and in my opinion really reduce flow and speed
