Nicely done. Everyone's right, this could really work out as an opening to an animated TV series. The problem is, making it animated sort of takes away the whole "this is real, the Yeerks are among us" feeling.

Thanks. That was originally the idea behind the project (to be used as a pitch), I'm glad you liked it. The title of the song is called "Farewells" and it's by Lolita Ritmanis.

Hah, yeah, for some odd reason I always imagined them as ladybugs so that's why I did that, but if you look in the beginning scene where the space battle is going on with the andalites, the bug fighters ARE as roaches, so I did put both kinds in there ;).

It's not a Batman theme song, but you're close. It's from Batman Beyond's soundtrack, called "Farewells". It's played briefly in the first episode of the series when Terry comes home to see the 'Jokerz' vandalise his house and kill his father.

Animorphs was my favorite series as a kid, and despite the closure-lacking ending, i always thought it was a viable property for television. That being said, it would have to be either animated (cheap) or a 1 hr. prime-time show like Battlestar Galactica (expensive).
