I wouldn't consider this "the life of a GM". All you do is playing around with some morphs/mounts and exploring. I don't see any tickets being done, cheaters/hackers being punished or events being organised in this video. "A day in the life of a Zoo Master" would be a better description imo =P

It's a Netherdrake, you have to have epic flying in order to get it.

You do a quest chain in Shadowmoon Valley, than once you get epic flying, you go back to the guy you did the first chain for, than he will give you a disguise that will elt you do dailies for Netherwing (Fel Orcs basicly) Once at Honored with them, you race their best people, than after that you just keep on doing their dailies until exalted, when you can buy the some drakes! I think they cost 1500g each.
