@CallumRichards151 i'm just experimenting with after effects, Other people do the same to show what they can do, its also good to get feedback from people who also have the same hobby. its really handy if they can help you with something that they have done or how they fixed their problems.
wow its very nice if i wish i could give 100 stars instead of 5. very realistic i think u had much work with it... i just started using after effects now...
i used particullar, red software. i only created the one particular stream and made it 3d. i multiplied it and changed the scale, opacity, colour etc. hope it helps

What do you have in mind?

Setup a couple of work likes, work out some interesting lighting.
Let the background fall off to black or near black if there's not an interesting place to shoot.
Think of a scenario. Crystal ball? Scientific experiment? Spontaneous cosmic singularity? Dramatic discovery of superpowers?
Setup a light on a dimmer for reactive lighting.
