instead of using a servo motor to change gears, wouldn't it be easier to use a module motor and gear that so the shift won't be to fast and harsh on the gears that are changing. and once the gears have changed you don't have to keep using the motor so they won't burn out.
actually the clutches were able to hold up, but the servo doing the shifting overheated every 5 min, we got it to go for 10 min after some software fixes, but plastic gears are not made for shifting.
@big45287 for are competition this year we took away the clutch and ran the axle straight and you get max power from the motor but if you over do it you fuck the motor oveer.
