Pretty close. It's not just about a 'one night' thing letting the guy in. It's about a girl who doesn't know where to find happiness, and confuses sexual pleasure with happiness. She keeps hooking up with guys, but in the end she feels alone and depressed, and yes I think the song implies that she commits suicide.
