  • beast!!

  • DANG im impressed with the amount of control this guy has, its how its supposed to be done to get them lean and long muscles, kinda lik what purestress2 said

  • Fully extended 1 armed pull ups without kicking and jerking your way up like most dudes! Nice Job!!

  • Lucky, both of shoulders are messed up, you are so luck to have strong shoulders

  • Wow, full range one arm pull ups... great dude!!!

  • well done

  • Thats nothing I can do pull ups with my cock.

  • This is the crappiest quality video I've seen with lots of thumbs ups.

  • I've seen some climbers at my gym do 5 and 6 one finger one arm pull ups, this guy isn't special compared to them but one way or another I'm nothing compared to either of them haha

  • This guy is a beast.

  • Talk about bones!

  • If someone tells me they are strong, I ask them if they can do a 1 armed pull up. I always get the same bullshit answer about "oh i've been able to do that since i was little i've had a 6 pack since i was 10 blah blah..."

these are one arm pullups and they are damn near impossible to do if you are over 6 feet tall.

  • I can do about 20 pull-ups but with with 0 not even bend it

  • what brand potato did you use to film this?

  • I used to be able to do this, until I took an arrow to the knee.

  • lol he can do more one handed than i can do using both hands

  • That's gymnastics for you.

  • Just do strenght training with one hand on the T-bar row, train till until u can do about 5 reps if ur bodyweight, u'll be doing them just like this guy

  • @IAmTheTallGilo You don't train an absurdly difficult closed chain movement like this, by doing a completely different open chained pull movement. There's no carryover at all.

You train it by heavy weighted pull ups, one armed negatives, and maybe in 6 months to a year you might get one. But you aren't getting that like this freak unless you are one of the few people born with genetic talent and weigh 140 pounds.

  • @MickfromShik2 I bet you use to be a rather chubby kid....

  • @1000BASTE That doesn't even make sense.

  • @MickfromShik2 you were right until you decided to pull genetics into the equation

  • @PB42189 It's part of the equation and you're retarded if you think otherwise I'm sorry.

  • @MickfromShik2 ok, now you're killing what little credibility you had by resorting to petty name calling, anyways, what genetic advantage does he posses that allows him to complete multiple reps of one armed pull ups? i have no problem being wrong, but first prove you're right

  • i can almost do one.. lol. how do you train for this?

  • 29 people are jealous.

  • this is the definition of jacked

  • fake lol

  • @Yaysoo you are so dumb

  • It's not fake, just really hard. Some people reach this point and can only do 1 one-handed Pull-up. Now are you going to say that 800+ pound Leg presses are fake? People just train hard some might do steroids, but that just makes you bulkier ,not pound per pound stronger.

  • lol very very impressive!! (not sarcasmbtw)

  • how's this even possible? One arm pullups?????

  • wtf

  • fake

  • @Yaysoo You are fake

  • Chuck Norris can pull up with his Penis

  • WHAT THE FUCK

  • wonder how much he can do with both ?

  • i just spin when i try this :(

  • very strong

  • i can do 15 one handed pushups but 0 one handed pull ups lol

  • 29 people are jealous idiots. :D cheers

  • omg man,incredibly strength

  • yea, finally a good video. Thats real stuff. Unlike what I was watching before. Those idiots were calling it push-up and guiness book of world records and shit but were only banging their head.

  • yea, gotta know the secret or any tips to pulling this off

  • Amazing man!! :-O Can you teach me that? ;-)

  • he doesnt even look that strong wtf

  • @myjestytd yea you tell that dumbass cokain cracka. List dipshit if it is reapeting then how come he keeps struggling when he does al of them. Riddle me that! Fuckker

  • this video is FAKE!.... CAN'T believe you people actually believe this crap.... if you look closely... the same motion of his feet and head... are the same each rep... this was just video repeating one rep.... though... even just one one-armed pullup is impressive not many can do that .

  • @jvboy88 ya.....you're an idiot.

  • OMG WOW !

  • Damn, that was mind blowing. You pulled off almost 8 of them. How much can you do on a lat pulldown machine with two hands?

  • Awesome job. You're doing more one arm pull ups than most people can do with both arms, haha.

  • Woah my fuck

  • how?

  • i was able to do ONE with each hand and i was so damn happy...

but when i see him doing those.... just one word... respect...

  • oh gawd... and thats not even a regular pull up. Thats a harder variation (to me). Shiet.. I think it has a lot to do with weight/height. He seems pretty agile and hes prob around 5'8".

  • fake lol

  • Chuck norris can do pull ups with no hands

  • @triplehhh478019 Chuck Norris can do that in His GRAVE!! DUMMP Ass :)

  • @triplehhh478019 no! Macgyver can!

  • @MrFaenihelvett No, MacGruber can.

  • @triplehhh478019

Chung Norris can do pull ups with his tongue

  • @Michel0555 correction.... with his beard :P

  • @triplehhh478019 i can do pull ups with my dick chuck norris has nothin on me

  • Is it possible to weigh 90-100 kilograms and still be able to do this?

  • @Kotlettbengt haha i know what you mean, that's true, that guy looks very light, pull-ups for heavy weights are possible but harder especially when you're fat, that's impossible. For instance, I'm 6'0'' 200 lbs, I can do 15 push-ups max but 0 pull-ups.

  • @Narftaxaku200 Yeah, fat people are screwed when it comes to these things, but if you're 100 kilograms pure muscle power, you could do it if you've trained enough?

  • @Kotlettbengt yes it is. v=LZVMSyMIdLA That's a guy doing 1 pull-up with a 160 lbs stoner at the end of the video.

  • @Kotlettbengt

“If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.” – Bruce Lee

    Keep training!

  • @Tobunshi Well said, thank you! :D

  • @Narftaxaku200 im 165 lbs and i can do 5 chin ups with 55 extra pounds for a total of 220 lbs. if i can do it so can everyone else

  • @zerordieb87 nice! How do you eat? I guess you eat healthier than me, don't you? But pizzas and kebabs for pleasure? Do you train hard everyday?

  • @zerordieb87 lol actualy i have a terrible diet( im bulking) but i do train hard. just keep training and youll be there in no time.

  • wtf

  • Very impressive, even though the swinging legs helped the lift. One has to be both very strong AND lightweight to do this !

  • that was amazing

  • how is this possible? Jealoussss :0

  • thats pretty beastly

  • in a word, RIDICULOUS.

  • nutts!!!

  • monster...

  • like a boss.

  • Wow, he's wonderful. When I was in my thirties, I did this, either hand, on demand, but only one rep at a time. I had a 'challenge' for years at the local gyms: give the winner a hundred buck if any one of them could do even one pull up. None ever could to even one pull up. But this guy, wow! I would've been bankrupted!

  • @ampdavolts one pull up? really? I'm not even in shape right now and I and I can still do 1 one handed with my good arm. This guy, though, this guy is crazy fit.

  • @joemanses, hi Joe, yeah really. He is amazing, this guy above us. I believe you, too. If I was still young and fit and had money, I'd give you the hundred dollar bill too. Good for you, champ. All the best to fitness for truth, Reid...YT search, "Of all the unmitigated gall ampdavolts".

You are safe and good and strong, all who read this far.

  • @joemanses , well I am old and no good anymore, but I could do two with my left, and one with my right, clean and slow, chin over the bar, up to age 38, when I lost my health...I couldn't find =any= other guy, of hundreds challenged, then (twenty years ago) to do even one honest pull up. They'd swing and jerk and try to use the other hand for assist..."That's no good, my momma can do that!" And the witnesses would all laugh, and I'd do my other pull up with the other arm and the gym laughed.

  • jesus

  • I do gymnastics!! Bars are one of the best events!

  • I do gymnastics!! Bars are one of the best events!

  • You should try rock climbing... If you havnt tried it already I mean.

  • ....how...

  • what do you weigh?100lbs?

  • Insane!!!

  • Woaaaaaaaaaaaaah

  • I dont think it is but it looks fake

  • that's nothing against my one-armed sit ups

    :D

  • i need to start training a little harder........ok a lot harder

  • @minkusink6 really? i need to start training...

  • goddamn.... props

  • I can't do one two arm pull-up.

  • everyone in that country is the jet lee of their job

  • i stopped watching coz i got jealous.. fml

  • muther fuck. i can't do that :(

  • crazy!!

  • like a boss

  • he can pull ups very easy reps!!!his strong!!!!

  • This guy does such a great job, that even the haters like him because he does it so great :)

  • what ever im ll and i do that....EVERY DAY!!!

  • Bravo!

  • i always thought OAP's on a bar were impressive until this guy at my climbing gym did a few from a dead hang off a pinch hold with 2 fingers on a bouldering problem.

  • How can this guy have any dislikes on this video? This is quite an accomplishment.

  • So it is possible......

  • how is he able to do this with a steady diet of kfc and olde english? those crazy niggers

  • RESPECT!

  • i usually troll people's fitness videos but i have nothing to say here

pretty much amazing. well done sir.

  • @zazenzach lies. He had bad form. Used his lower body too much. Pull up is an upper body exercise. In the army if you use your lower body or bend your legs at all the repetition doesnt count.

  • @xxxWarpaynexxx

it was perfect form dude. stop trollin.

and fuck the army. who gives a shit

  • @xFrankCastlex Will people stop arguing about this. Size means nothing, anything can be accomplished with proper training and practice. I've seen bigger guys that GSP do one-armed pull ups like it's nothing. People need to understand that he is a fighter. His strength isn't in his arms, but in his core. T_T

  • I cant do it with two hands let alone doing it with one hand (no pun intended).

  • Insane...

  • WHAT THAT GUY WAYS ABOUT WHAT 110 PNDS LOL COME ON.. ID BE MORE IMPRESSED IF HE WAS ABOUT 220 PNDS.. I WANNA SEE HIM DO IT WITH 2 4 5 PLATS LOL

  • @aztecboxer69

lol at how jealous you are. cant do one arm pull ups and hating on him? finding something to trash talk about? lol what a loser.

  • Pretty cool but one arm pull up is not good for ur wrist cause u putting a lot of pressure to ur joints

  • I just posted a video of myself pulling of a cpl one arm pull ups. If anyone wants some help achieving this, just let me know!

  • Pretty impressive when you weigh 90lbs :/

  • @robm78 try to do 1 idiot

  • @str4tegix if I weighed 90lbs....I would :/

  • Dude thats awesome strength wel done

  • Insane

  • this seems like a fitness gimmick. Something that takes a helluva lot more work than its worth.

  • fucked

  • awesome

  • When are people gonna realize here that it doesn't matter if he weighs a little or a lot, its about what he can lift pound-for-pound. If you wanna argue "well its easy if you dont weigh anything"...stop because it tends to even out- if someone weighs less than you then odds are they have less muscle than you as well. Fact of the matter is that he can lift 100% of his bodyweight several times with only one arm...and its damn impressive. Props.

  • great skills

  • That has to be one of the most impressive feats I've ever seen! Notice he's doing pullups and not chinups, which are easier.

  • holy shit

  • dang cant do it with two arms with one are i think i wouldnt even move

  • Wow

  • He looks about 120pounds and he is black....what is so amazing about it really??

  • this the craziest thing i ever sow this guy is very strong

  • just amazing :D

  • only reason to dislike this video is because it makes us feel weak and pathetic lol.

  • Wow, impressive man...that blows my mind....Congrats

  • This guy is as strong as a gorilla, I have never seen anything like it.

  • I can't even do 3 two armed pullups :(

  • i cant do that many pull ups with both of my arms

  • it is real?

  • GSP can't do a one arm pullup because most of his bodyweight is in his damn thighs.

  • very well done

  • this guy pulled himself up with 2 arms first. then started doing it with one arm

  • I'm getting the feeling half the people that post on these type of vids have no real first-hand experience of what they are talking about...

  • EPIC!!!!

  • With all that Olympic Weight Training, you'd think one armed pull-ups would be natural to GSP. Then again, he's a fighter, not a weight-lifter. XP

  • @1029Itachi Olympic weightlifting is a completely different deal. One arm pullups require a specific progression.

  • Comment removed

  • @rogeair Soo.....he's GSP. They claim he's the greatest athlete in the UFC, plus he also trains in gymnastics. You'd think with his large build and strength that he could one-armed pull-ups like it's nothing. Either way, he could beat all these peeps doing pull-ups for Youtube into a bloody pulp. (^_^)

  • @1029Itachi Sure. I wouldn't get in the ring with the guy. But when you say he trains in gymnastics, the gymnastics work he does is very rudimentary. He can do some ring movements that 6 and 7 yr olds do in the sport. He is quite an athlete and deserving of respect, but this type of thing is very specialized... even among gymnasts.

  • @rogeair Meh....I think it's the UFC's fault for making him look like he's an expert at gymnastics with all that slow motion crap and camera constantly changing angles. At first he could barely do a back-flip and would constantly land on his knees. At least he took the time to get the proper training, while most people would have just quit. Either way, I can't wait to see him smash that pot-head Nick Diaz. (^_^)

  • @1029Itachi I promise you he weighs more than 95% of the people in gymnastics as well. He walks around at 195lbs!

  • @ChrisUlrich EIther way, he's a fighter not a gymnist. XP

  • @rogeair what did you do for progression? I can do 23 full chin-ups, but not even close to doing one, one handed chin-up. How can i progress?

  • @muscularFTW Doing a ton of two handed pull ups and a single one hand are completely different deals. To develop a one arm chin up/pull up requires a ton of strength work. Loaded chins, one arm lock offs, etc.

  • @rogeair I dont know if youre going to call me sceptical when i say this, but i know poeple who went from an average 12 chinups to an oac within 3 months, just by moving their other hand further and further away, or using the door frame to do chins, or a bit of rope hanging off the bar, just stuff like that, and an OAC within 3 mths!!

  • @angrygunsmith Sure this can be done by some, but if it were really that simple then you'd see more videos of quality one arm pull ups on Youtube. Progressions that will work with a broader set of the public are not so straight forward.

  • @muscularFTW What you need to do is maximize your pull-up reps. When you do this (if 23 is your max), then add weight to your body and max it again. Rinse and repeat. Once you've done that for so long, you do negative reps with one arm

  • @1029Itachi Typically people who can do 1 arm pull ups are skinny with toned muscle. I guarantee you Arnold couldn't do a 1 arm pull up in the mid seventies. How muscular you are doesn't matter, it's how much you weigh.

  • @wafflecushioned I get it already, damn. It's just that they claim GSP is such a great athlete that you would think he could do anything. They are better athletes out there who get little to no recognition. Look up Alain Ngalani and you'll see that this whole weight and size thing is no factor in this. Thank you. (^_^)

  • @1029Itachi I didn't know that others responded to you. Good day.

  • @1029Itachi Being a good athlete has nothing to do with being able to do a one armed chin-up.

  • @Expoundupon Please stop. I hate arguing on Youtube. We all have our own opinions. Let's just agree to disagree. Thank you and have a good day. (^_^)

  • pure fuckin strength, you're a beast dude

  • Thumbs up if GSP brought you here

  • EZ MODE

  • YOU'RE A FUCKING TANK

  • It took me 2 weeks to learn how to do 1 arm pullup. Check out my channel for the video!

  • Freaking monkey

  • Impressed

  • Chuck Norris can do that with his pinky
