@gunzNespada first off it was really dark and i was hitting the keys as close i could and i missed that typo as you saw. and its a fight amv if it was just a fight with music it would just be the fight without jumping clip to clip but its not just a fight its a fight amv. i think your thinking of an amv where they just puc clips of randome episodes that go with the song that is not a fight amv its an amv so they can do that.
Bleach and Naruto. Both great series. Got nothing against them,and theyre great in their own right.
But Gintama is in a whole other league. Thats my oppinion at least. Characters are fleshed out in a different way,the plot while light hearted,and without focus most of the time, swirs into sudden vortexes of action and depth/epicness when you least expected.
Personally its one of my top 5 series,and probably one of the best Shounen series ever.
I loved this battle! Absolutely epic, finally I see a female in anime kick very very serious ass and turn beastly.
They always said Kagura was from the Yato clan which is very powerful, but I never really got to see her kick true ass. But in this arc... oh god. She totally owned. *_*
The anime just *had* to take a break just before the Four Heavenly Kings Arc could start. Oh well... it should be a nice arc to re-start the series with due to its epicness.
Loved this arc! It forced *Shinpachi* to kick butt, which he so rarely gets to do! Now let's get an arc in which someone beats up Kagura's brother, Kamui!
Bleach has strong plot, its just that anime has too many filler's. I always see and feel the main plot in Bleach, except in Filler's just like in Naruto. Saving your close one is great motivation IMHO, but some like oranges, some like apples... Still, Gintama is excellent anime and I wish it would continue ASAP and director change won't postpone new episodes too much. Most long anime's you don't see much character development. Naruto...maybe?
Gintama is one of those rare cases where anime is better than manga. I would not start compearing Naruto and Bleach to Gintama. Bleach and Naruto are heavily plot driven, where's Gintama is happy-go-lucky... and that is what makes it excellent. Actual story arcs in Gintama are rare, but they're rock solid and better than in Bleach or Naruto.
Gintama is one of my favourite animes, because of its humor and how plot is contructed, so you don't need to watch every episode. Pure brilliance!

Bleach is one of the worst anime when talking about plot - too many blank spaces, illogical, the main character with no real motivation except wanting to save anyone and everyone from something.....for me Bleach is just plain boring.
The only thing it have is some cool swords and some cool Bankais and that is it - none of the characters has actually any development ...and that irritates me.

Gintama has FAR more intense fight scenes then Naruto and the comedy is second to none. Gintama's main fault is its lack of a consistant plot, although at times this does work in its favour.
@adam3088 never watched this show so i cant make a comparison. the only thing i can do is agree that your fight seens show more frames per second so its better drawn. i dont know how often a episode comes out. in my oponion the best drawn naruto fight is sakura vs sasori. pain vs naruto looked like fucking loony toons. i liked the fight just the characters faces were dumb. this show is good because it shows epic fights. but on comedy i disagree. one piece, L from death note, has its moments.
You cannot comment on Gintama's comedic value until you've watched it.
The pain fight was...different. I'd not say it was bad, if anything it was quite an interesting change from the norm. It was slightly odd that the art style suddenly changed for one fight scene though, bit distracting.
@adam3088 That was the only screw up and it was just in the one episode. Usually when the animation style changes it's to make the fight look smoother Like when Sasuke fought Deidara.

And yes if you pay attention there are educational moments like when Sakura explains how chakra and stamina works or when Lee explains how someone can't build their organs up to be stronger. I don't know about fight scenes because I haven't seen much of Gintama, but Naruto especially in shippuden has some really great fight scenes.

Shippuden is a vast improvement over the original Naruto, which was awful, but it's still nothing particularly special. There are plenty of series with better action sequences, writing, art, animation and character development.

Bleach and Naruto. Both great series. Got nothing against them,and theyre great in their own right.
But Gintama is in a whole other league. Thats my oppinion at least. Characters are fleshed out in a different way,the plot while light hearted,and without focus most of the time, swirs into sudden vortexes of action and depth/epicness when you least expected.
Personally its one of my top 5 series,and probably one of the best Shounen series ever.

I loved this battle! Absolutely epic, finally I see a female in anime kick very very serious ass and turn beastly.
They always said Kagura was from the Yato clan which is very powerful, but I never really got to see her kick true ass. But in this arc... oh god. She totally owned. *_*

Bleach has strong plot, its just that anime has too many filler's. I always see and feel the main plot in Bleach, except in Filler's just like in Naruto. Saving your close one is great motivation IMHO, but some like oranges, some like apples... Still, Gintama is excellent anime and I wish it would continue ASAP and director change won't postpone new episodes too much. Most long anime's you don't see much character development. Naruto...maybe?

Gintama is one of those rare cases where anime is better than manga. I would not start compearing Naruto and Bleach to Gintama. Bleach and Naruto are heavily plot driven, where's Gintama is happy-go-lucky... and that is what makes it excellent. Actual story arcs in Gintama are rare, but they're rock solid and better than in Bleach or Naruto.
Gintama is one of my favourite animes, because of its humor and how plot is contructed, so you don't need to watch every episode. Pure brilliance!

Bleach is one of the worst anime when talking about plot - too many blank spaces, illogical, the main character with no real motivation except wanting to save anyone and everyone from something.....for me Bleach is just plain boring.
The only thing it have is some cool swords and some cool Bankais and that is it - none of the characters has actually any development ...and that irritates me.

gintama is just the day to day things they run into how ever random they are.

I do favor Naruto much more.
The combats and fights in This anime is very brutal and not suitable for various ages. Also, the anime is not in a high degree educational, which is unlke Naruto.

Dont get me wrong, I dont hate Naruto, it's far from bad. But it's not exactly deep or thoughtful let alone educational.
Gintama has FAR more intense fight scenes then Naruto and the comedy is second to none. Gintama's main fault is its lack of a consistant plot, although at times this does work in its favour.

@adam3088 never watched this show so i cant make a comparison. the only thing i can do is agree that your fight seens show more frames per second so its better drawn. i dont know how often a episode comes out. in my oponion the best drawn naruto fight is sakura vs sasori. pain vs naruto looked like fucking loony toons. i liked the fight just the characters faces were dumb. this show is good because it shows epic fights. but on comedy i disagree. one piece, L from death note, has its moments.

The pain fight was...different. I'd not say it was bad, if anything it was quite an interesting change from the norm. It was slightly odd that the art style suddenly changed for one fight scene though, bit distracting.

@adam3088 That was the only screw up and it was just in the one episode. Usually when the animation style changes it's to make the fight look smoother Like when Sasuke fought Deidara.

And yes if you pay attention there are educational moments like when Sakura explains how chakra and stamina works or when Lee explains how someone can't build their organs up to be stronger. I don't know about fight scenes because I haven't seen much of Gintama, but Naruto especially in shippuden has some really great fight scenes.

There is nothing even vaguely educational about it, the stuff you mentioned? Learn the difference between fact and fiction. I'll give you a hint to get you started off, Naruto is fictitious.
Shippuden is a vast improvement over the original Naruto, which was awful, but it's still nothing particularly special. There are plenty of series with better action sequences, writing, art, animation and character development.

And you do know that Naruto and Shippuden were only separated as an anime, but it's only one story and is written by one person. There isn't a big difference between the two. that may be your opinion, but as far as animes go I don't think it gets much better. It's what got me into other shows like it...
