there's this site called remix.nin, where the multitracks for their songs (like echoplex) can be found. somebody somehow used the vocal track and put it into songsmith (funny microsoftware that when you sing into it, it makes the backing music)
why is everyone crying about this? so NIN can't do any other type of music except their dark rock? they are true musicians if they can sound good reaching a variety of music styles..... you people who dont like this are probally just depressed pussys who cry while listening to their darker shit.
I think he might have used it to write three verse songs with repeating choruses, ending with "Rock Over London, Rock On Chicago', and a product advertisement of some kind. Just a hunch.
Microsoft Songsmith could potentially be more listenable if it didn't use awful, dry samples.
