@kimme516 hello...In order to keep them tight, you have to wrap the black string around the roller ok! i think i'll do a tutorial sometime this week for you ok:)

@MsGwen01 U can get them at Sally's Beauty Supply. They're about $2-$3, maybe less. And they come 12 in a pack. Always get more than u actually need, just in case. :]

It did! I actually did it that night. I had a braided mohawk and I spiraled curled the hair left out and I loved it!! Thank you, I used all the products you did. Only I didn't add water to the setting lotion, didnt know I had to bt I will again! Thanks

i can't stand that dark gel, it makes your hair so dirty and you have to wash it more often than you need too, so i prefer clear non flaky gel

hi. The gel i use is "Softee" or "Ecostyle." I used "Lottabody" setting lotion. You can get the rods at Sally's or any beauty supply store. :)

How Long Do You Need To Stay Under The Dryer ?

I did my hair exactly like this once and I set under the dryer for about an hour. The hair should be dry between 40-60 minutes . Plus you need to check out the other video on flexi-roding which shows a lady curling a manican's hair with flex-rods which was very nice like this one. Hope I helped!

the shorter your hair, the less time you will likely spend under the dryer. if you have long hair, girl get a magazine and some snacks cause you're going to be under the dryer a while :)
