Looks like a D7E from the 60s. It's not good to lift the blade up all the way (two blocking) you can break the cable.

@wailnshred The clutch brake was not working and lifting the blade is the only way to stop the tranny from turning. These dozers wont lift the blade if the clutch is not engaged. So if you want to stop the tranny lift the blade...But the clutch was sticking pretty good!
