Not quite. It's pretty close though. I don't focus that much on the yarn beyond level 3 in this (7 to 9 are exceptions). If I had a perfect run going, I'd have already encountered the 80-lives glitch by level 9 or 10.

80 lives glitch? What's that?

If you get 80 lives, then complete the level or die, the game will give a sense that it reset - the score goes back to 0 and you have 9 lives again with no yarn balls collected, as if you just started the game.
