  • It's interresting not seeing him in his robe. I hope you get that castle you bid on... Or did get it. I'm not sure how long ago that article was written, but I REALLY want to attend.

  • Please teach me

  • Wish I understand what he said but need close captioned or subtitle... or perhaps put transcription below the video. It would be very helpful for other Deaf to know what he said as well. Bright blessings!

  • that is awesome. i hate the idea of having to adopt a religion to do a certain kind of majick

  • Wow he looks great after that terrible Chemo he had to go through.

  • As much as I like Oberon Zell and his work, I'm not sure I'm entirely happy with the concept of introducing minors to occult studies. Not because of any superstitions WRT the subject matter, but because it's too close to the sort of proselytizing/brainwashing that Christianity and similar religions engage in. As a rule of thumb, I'd say: let them grow old enough to truly make their own, informed choices, and THEN introduce them to such subject matters.

  • @JassuElla I personally have no such problem with it, I only hope the child is interested themselves, they're not forcing a belief system on them, Magick is being taught secularize and is taught very often as an experimental science. Kids I assume, are encouraged to question it and see if it works for them. The gray school seems like a good environment for kids, other then having no physical campus, it would seem equal to any after school program. just my thoughts.

  • @JassuElla 11 is a good age to decide if you want to study magiks. I was 11 and couldnt cause it wasnt around

  • @JassuElla in a spiritual world the age doesont matter up is the same than down left is the same than right

  • lol, i looked this up because i thought id find some prank fake site, i had NO idea that they were serious! LOL

  • I really enjoy your speaches, hope to meet you one day...JASON......

  • one more thing back in the day a big point of contention for evangelical xians was that harry potter was satanic and was going to make all our kids devil worshipers,,,,well just a thought, funny tho,,,,

  • I have to take isssue with this, Oberon Zell Ravenheart has in the past brought a certain kind of dignity to the pagan community,so is it really nessasary to for the pagan community to be analogous with Harry potter? I mean really? harry potter is not MYTHOS,,,,,,expensive special effects doesnt make real phliosophy,,,there is a morality play in the story, the "wizardry" is the backdrop, kids are not being turned on to witchcraft by these books and movies, they now think its all fiction cont,,

  • @fraterlucifer888 cont,,, youd be much more promoting witchcraft by selling ouija boards, this type of thing does not will not cannot add credibility to withcraft,,,this is cashing in on a comercial venture, this is concession to pop culture ant nothing else, I am a LHP pagan witch,my basic belief is the witchcraft should be free, all esoteric teachings should be free,if you get any success out of this it will come back to haunt you, youll get "wizards""warlocks"&"wizards" who after they cont,,,

  • @fraterlucifer888 grow to adulthood will abandon spirituality and become empty probly to the point of becoming born again christians who testify to how bad their lives were when the believe in satanic harry potty or persons who become disillusioned that their magic wasnt real, it was fiction, you cant sell the guild system or the mystery schools, you cant you cant you cant,Ill say it again esoteric teachings should be free and not commercialised

  • @fraterlucifer888 what you don't understand is, he's not advocating the "PAgan community" or pagan ANYTHING he is merely reviving the occult sciences and introducing them to people of MANY races, and MANY faiths. it's about the magic, and the art, not the god, and the goddess. i reviewed the pricings, and economically, they make no more money than to keep the tradition afloat, if there was any SUCCESS that you claim, then Oberon wouldn't be struggling to treat his wife's cancer, OR

  • @kemitemagick To keep his home. you are wrong to say that

"esoteric teachings should be free" because there was NEVER a point in history when they WERE. in the medieval and rennaisance periods, it cost whatever COLLEGE TUITION was back then, before that, and after, and even in most tribal societies, you had to have a "Gift" the fact that purely unbiased nonreligious esoteric teaching is now available to ANYONE of ANY background, religious or otherwise, is FREE enough don't you think?

  • @kemitemagick Absolutely. Thank you for that reminder - been ages since I was an undergrad history major! :)

  • @kemitemagick I have alot of respect for the work that Oberon and his wife have both done in the past but, this is most definatly a question of it fitting in the community ,most of us do consider the god and or goddess in what we do ,however this to me sounds very much like cashing in on a pop culture phenom, its the same as in the sanguine community persons who take the vampire mythology very seriously having to deal with kids who cut each other after watching twilight, the thing is this cont,,,,

  • @fraterlucifer888 other than books Ive bought,my study has been totaly free,Ive found my way into coven work and had some truly gifted mentors,at the end of the day tho ,these kind of things do alot to put occultism in the bargain bin of booksamillion, the history of occultism as acedemics was never pedald out to anyone and everybody, it finds you or calls you to find it,tribal cultures the teaching is still verbal teaching based on abilities ,what youre refering to when you say rennaisance

  • @fraterlucifer888 is a tradition that is kinda delegated out of what was acceptable by the church, and actualy more often the persons performing these rituals and "occult sciences" were either acedemics or clerics of the catholic church,,,they were not the genral public and your mentioning that part proves my point, the occult science as it were and is now should be selective of its studens, its not something you find online thats cool or pick up at the mall, for some of us it has real meaning
