  • looks good this is my first year making a goose

  • Well, I have to say that looked very good!

  • Looks delicious. Thanks for posting!

  • I just remembered something else that Dr. Brandt could show us. In 1968, we had Christmas dinner with the Brandts with goose and all, but one intriguing aspect was the soup which, I believe, was served at the end of the dinner. All I remember is that they said it was a traditional part of a Danish Chritmass dinner, and that there was beer in it. So it uld be fitting if Niels-Jacob would describe how this special beer soup is prepared.

  • Dr. Niels-Jacob Brandt is a distinguished physician/scientist who has made many notable research contributions to the field of medical genetics. I was, therefore, most pleasantly surprised to see him giving us advise on the preparation and cooking of a goose in such a delightful and homey manner. Of course, goose is a traditional must for a Danish Christmas dinner.

  • this guys a natural , he should be presenting cooking programs on tv for the masses

  • Neil's a star... looks tasier than Blumenthal's would be (56 degrees for 36 hours...)
