The one flaw with this is that barely any students (out of the overall total) would be able to make use of this since, like renting a car, there are age restrictions. You need to be 23 to participate in these programs. Call me when you make one without restrictions..

I agree, this sucks matkelo. Apparently you even need a driver's license. Stupid restrictions.
