  • All I know USA is not justice country anymore... U have law that justify people to jail without trial.... all quantanamo prisoners are without justice!

  • As soon as OJ get's out of jail, he should go have a 3 way with Casey Anthony and Amanda Knox.

  • Good shit man. Good shit

  • Very interesting commentary- it certainly got me thinking. Thanks! I may not agree with all your points, but I'm really glad you made them :D. Cheers :D

  • Stoopid people just shit themselves listinenig to you! Haha

  • Marathon, lightweight, commando, with a ump, and a spas? Was this game re-released or something, or is it just to compinsate for your lack of skill? You're using the MOST over powered weapon and perk combination in the game...

  • @zTheoryHD You gotta be shitting me. What made you think I give a shit? Of all the people that watched the video, you're the first moron to criticize the gameplay. Considering you can't even spell "compensate", I can see why.

  • @H1TMANactual show a little respect for the people who take the time to watch your videos, disrespect is not the way to go

  • @zTheoryHD damn boy, you just got told

  • @lynchmob2020 Not really, i didnt listen to the commentary at all. I saw his gun and perks, commented and clicked of the video...

  • good commentary, but i understood absolutely nothing you said

  • @Tommo082 Really? You're slow

  • @Kawp123 if i was slow i would have understood, but just later on. i really just do not understand law, ect.

  • @Tommo082 Really? You don't know even know what the Magna Carta is!!!!

  • @Kawp123 i know what it is, however i do not completely understand what it does to the full extent

  • @Tommo082 I'm disappointed in you....

  • Has she be tried more than once?

  • There's nothing we can really do at this point but vent, and ask questions...

I only have one... Have they stopped the investigation of what happened to the little kid?

  • well this is some pretty complicated but interesting stuff. I think people should consider that we are trying to find a way to live together and that's why there are so many arguments like this because we are living together cooperatively but with different opinions.

  • The thing is, it's better that 100 guilty people go free than that 1 not guilty goes to jail.

  • With individual justice, one becomes a vigilanty and needs nothing but the feeling of being wronged and the feeling of needing retribution in order to feel justified in their pursuit of "Justice". To allow people to just take the law into their own hands will make senseless assaults by angry men/women justifiable by feeling alone

That's just not the logical way to approach criminality or what one may perceive as a criminal act against them. We might as well be in the wild west in that case.

  • i disagree on the basis that the casey anthony trial is more of an outlier. most cases do not end with the guilty going free. only some do. the exceptions.

  • innocent until proven guilty is better than guilty until proven innocent. the only problem with both systems is the inability to observe. in both systems, the evidence is imperfect.

  • Lower ur sensitivity

  • You should try not reading straight off a script when you do commentary.

  • @SpecktrickTube Ever heard of obviously jesus?

That guy rambles in his shit

This did on the other hand writes a script and anyone with a bit of smarts can follow him and understand.

What do you prefer? Rambles ,straight to the point?

  • @MordieSG I can certainly follow him, and there's a difference between knowing what you're going to be talking about, and rambling, which is stupid, because that would mean popular Youtubers, etc, would literally press record and think random shit and name their videos off what they end up talking about, which they don't do, they are given a topic, and talk about it.

  • i subcribed right when i heard "whats uo motherfuckers" made me laugh

  • The Justice System is Flawed but it's flawed to both ways Innocence and Guilt. if you were to unbalance it people that were Innocent could easily be found Guilty. which is why the system is balanced the Founding fathers knew that one thing will always flaw the justice system Emotion which is the largest swayer in Court. so thats why you must have a system that will favor for innocence.

whats worse though sending a innocent person to death or releasing a guilty person

  • Well, justice is more of an opinion anything set in stone. I think that this legal system is the best we can get with our current means, because it prevents more damage from being dealt. I feel it's better to avoid ruining someone else's life than to deliver punishment that might not be deserved. Also, putting her in jail costs alot of taxpayer money, which might not seem important from a moral standpoint, but is something everyone must consider.

  • Yah justice is to me, basically is more ore less fairness...I agree with u that we r bound by the laws of where we live no matter where they gottem...itz(to me) giving every variable(suspects, evidence, witnesses, etc.) an equall stance on a dispute...this does work our many times but not with Casey Anthony:( good vid...give me ur thoughts on this:)

  • Good vid but you sound too much like your reading a script. work on fluency. liked

  • Cool stuff man. Interesting, I don't know about the U.S but the UK has little justice these days.

  • Well you can say that the system worked, but the system is not infallible. Your concept of individual justice goes back to eye for an eye and that is quite a flawed decision making system. What we need is a technocracy to shut down illogical and obviously misleading arguments.

  • @MPdinsdale1978 Lol technocracy? And who will design the machines? And the point is if I want an eye for my eye, that's my decision to make, not yours.

  • @H1TMANactual Actually a technocracy has nothing to do with technology. Google it.

  • @MPdinsdale1978 Ok I was mistaken. I do remember reading something about technocrats rejoicing when 'Watson' won the jeopardy. But the type of govt. is a completely different debate. I believe I answered your question on individual justice.

  • @H1TMANactual Cheers, but the problem with individual justice is that you don't have to prove your claim to anyone. So I am the judge, jury, and executioner then? Guy cuts me off at the intersection, I feel that I can only be compensated by him giving me a new tv.

  • @MPdinsdale1978 I already answered that. Whether you want to be judge, jury and executioner will depend on how much you want to be part of society. As you enter into a social contract, you are bound by it's laws.

  • Justice does not exist in the US, look at all the corruption.

Anyway, thanks for inviting me to your channel man.

  • Not bad. Me gusta.

  • Justice can be manipulated too easily. ex. women who trick men into having sex with them and throwing in a rape claus

  • @AngryMango52 THIS.

  • nice man.

  • this is an interesting commentary

  • there is no justice anymore its only Judgment =D

  • somewhone spammed this video into my inbox thnx alot -.-

  • Casey Anthony is a baby killer.

  • u sound interesting, but it kills it that u sound like u read an powerpoint presentation:p

  • wusup motherfuckers! awesome!

  • best intro ever! "sup mother fuckers" AWESOME!

  • great commentary

  • You're dumb kid

  • what accent is that?

  • gi like your vids but this one wasent that great but i luv ur other vids

  • This is one of those videos where the gameplay doesn't matter (not that it's not good)

  • I subscribed after 1 minute. Awesome video !

  • Sounds like you are reading most of the commentary.

  • someone shared this with me,great vid.

  • nice vid

  • She'd get it

  • Moyder.

  • In today's society, I feel that we have lost the definition of what reasonable doubt is. The job of the prosecution is to convince the jury that the prosecuted is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, not just doubt. Of course one can reserve doubt for the prosecution, as one should, but should use reason when making a judgement. It is television that has ruined the jurors. Programs like CSI has raised the bar to an impossible height, and that is not it works, not everything is black and white.

  • I quite enjoyed this commentary, it was on a friendly tone, a soft voice and it had some good information and opinions.

I'm gonna subscribe now, and see what's next .

  • well said.

  • lmfao i laughed rite when i clicked..i heard whats up muthafkers

  • Lol say "justice is in the courts" to all the mothers and girlfriends that cry rape and abuse and have children's fathers be permanently taken away from them, and innocent men get sent to jail with basically no evidence at all. It makes the Casey Anthony case look like just one of hundreds of normal cases.

  • @megabrowser17 I never said justice is in the courts. On the contrary. I hold INDIVIDUAL justice above all else

  • @H1TMANactual Either way a lot of injustice is going on to millions of families quite literally.

  • Good topic and commentry, keep up the good stuff, but loose the opening I don't like being referd to as a motherfucker and I don't think alot of people do .

  • @KlLLa786 idk it was kind of a funny intro

  • Very interesting learned a few things :D

  • I was watching Fox News (because I'm a masochist), and one of those TV lawyers asked an interesting question He said "Would you rather let a guilty person go free or accidentally convict an innocent?", referring to Casey Anthony obviously. The answer seemed obvious to me, but he was implying he would rather the latter.......I was like wow wtf your a lawyer

  • What's up mother fuckers? Nice opening.

  • You sound like a hispanic Rocky xD

  • i heard right when she gets out of jail someone is going to quickscope her

  • nice commentary, very interesting!

  • No justice was not served. Honestly, cases like this happen all the time and have never been noticed by the media. I was just happy that this garbage sensationalism about the death of a little girl is over. It was nauseating seeing the footage of people running to get seats in the courtroom like children running to go see an action movie or people waiting in line for the super bowl. I think the real crime was the media sensationalizing this case. It was disgusting.

  • @MrGoLuckyFish There has no be a story on the news every hour of everyday.

  • @mcspikesky Well obviously there has to be a story on the news or the news wouldnt be a news. But they could have shown morals and integrity and not spammed the news with this worthless story. We have a myriad of other problems they could have easily covered, but this story ate them all up because people wanted to hear about stupid shit.

  • believe me, Casey Anthony is hated in Canada as well, the news has been talking about her for sooooo long!

  • is your name a reference to the series generation kill or was it your actual call sign

  • @Remington700FTW Ha you're the second guy to ask me that.

Hitman was a nickname I picked up in boot camp when I hit 50/50. But the youtube name was taken so I added actual. In military call sign lingo "actual" serves the same purpose "the"

  • @H1TMANactual

You had some good points nice video :)

  • I agree with the guy below :)

  • love the reference to ontological philosophers like plato or Socrates

  • Innocent till prove guilty.
