I have a 400g myself that I haven't touched since I bought it . Good thing I saw your review first or I might have forgotten about the full choke problem !
For my two cents , I suggest you get that barrel bored out ; unless a new barrel is significantly cheaper , you'd be stuck with a useless piece of steel that you likely couldn't give away .
