  • hallo, can you also use gin or vodka or any other alcoholic drink to mix your metallic or pearl colour? Can you use it also for colour paste?

  • I just wanted to thank you so much for all of this. I have been baking on my own since I was about 7. I am now 24 and I still love it. I am always challanging myself and I have now got several orders on making friends' and friends' friends' wedding cakes. Your tips and tricks have saved me from making a fool out of myself :)

  • It is very difficult to say. You need to make the flowers one day and let them dry. Then you paint them with the lustre colour and let them dry. You bake the cake and have to let it cool before you decorate it, so it’s not like you start out to make it from start to finish at one time. The flowers take hours to make – but they can be made several weeks in advance so that they are not too last minute.
