Kissing the Pink look and sound like the darlings of some polytechnic revue. Come to think of it the whole show looks like it was made on the cheap at some polytechnic, but that only adds to the charm.

It's amazing when you hear a minor hit from the 80s by what were one-hit-wonders really - and that it now sounds almost epochal. There are numerous of similar examples of this from the 78-84 era....
