You get Feral Pounce when you reach Chapter 8, and you get the Paraglide at Chapter 5. He must have cheated as this is only chapter 3 and you can't repeat missions in this game.

There are certain parts of the game that has glitches. So they could have played it over.

Ex. Try going to the mission in Chapter 7 when you have to redirect the lazer. Fail it, and you can play that whole level again.

It's called feral pounce. Its a cheat u can use to skip chapters and buy advanced gadgets and moves.
