Nice swing. You aren't casting, so don't listen to those that say you do. Since you have a very weak grip and have some cup in your left wrist (a good position), you have to release some of that angle or you'll never square up the face consistently. This is an athletic reaction, not a cast; for proof look at David Toms, same exact move. I'd like to see your follow through have less reverse C in it however; this causes you to flip the release. Try to finish straight up and down.
Honestly, it looks great except that it seems like you might be casting your arms at the top of your backswing (ie lifting them "up" out of your swing plane). Also, try to get your knees touching at the end of your downswing. In reality though, you should work on your short game because this looks plenty fine

no. your swing is not perfect. neither is mine. neither is jim furyk's. neither is rickie fowler's. the more technical you try to make golf, the more thinking you put in to each shot, which usually makes any situation worse. i've discovered that my lowest rounds are from just making shot after shot after shot by knowing what MY swing does to the ball. the only shots i think about are the ones on and around the green.

Only two things I can see when breaking it down to individual pauses. I'm not sure your left arm being at almost 12 o'clock at the top is necessarily a good thing, but the club appears to be in great position there. And I detect a bit of a 'reverse C' through impact. You may be holding your weight back a bit? Agree with the comment about tempo - top notch. It's a great swing. Find a good teaching pro to tweak it just a little, and you may indeed get darned close to perfection. :)

make a wider turn. your left shoulder doesn't turn as fully as it could and you are unable to load onto your right side. also, you need to keep your left wrist in one piece with your arm, it is cocked and therefore disjointed. with a parallel wrist angle you can more efficiently utilize the power you generate with your shoulder turn. because you never shift your weight back, your hips slide forward and your head shifts back at impact to compensate. quiet the hips in general on the downswing.
your hips and shoulders are facing the ball at impact, you need to work on your weight transfer, try on the backswing to feel your weight on the inside of your right foot like your anchored back there, then begin your downswing by getting the weight on the outside of your left, you can do this by straightening your left knee while firing your right knee laterally
your right hand is to strong you the v's of the thumb and finger to be pointing towards your right shoulder and watch the sway from the top of your shoulders at the top of your swing other than that very nice
your right hand is misplaced, although your left hand is in the right place. the grip is far too tight though. your posture is a bit out of line, your left shoulder is pushed too far towards the fairway,and in the downswing, you're leaning, not turning and there's absolutely no complex in your shoulders and hips in the whole god damn swing.. that isn't a perfect swing, but not horrible either. although you have some work to do.
I think your title "Picture Perfect" is what got all these retards going. If the ball flight is good and the damn thing's repeatable, then its a good swing, no matter what it looks like.

if u pause your swing at impact u can tell its not picture perfect. u need to keep your left foot planted more and try to keep it straight. youre getting no power the way youre doing it. youre also standing almost straight up in your backswing.
there is no transfer of weight to your back foot, your shoulders do not turn past the ball, you are leaning not turning, you slide forward way to much on the downswing, your knees are not bent enough, your lifting the club to start the backswing rather than pulling it back, your hands are not gripped properly to work as a single unit...etc. I could name 100 reasons why your swing is not picture perfect

@guitarkid5353 First of all you don't have to transfer the weight to the back foot sometimes that can be a problem if you transer the weight to much to the back foot it's hard to get the weight transfered correctly back to the left foot at impact there should be 90 % weight on the left foot.
well for starters you need to get it out of ur head that ur swing is perfect nobody's is even pro's work on and change things about there swing everyday. you have a great swing and im sure your a good golfer...the main problem with ur swing is ur hips ur moving them towards the target u need to get out of that habit expecially while ur young! also i would try remembering to keep ur head still u dont want to get shorter or taller during ur swing..good work tho

One adjustment I can see helping..
You look like your trying to use a putter there, your spine is so straight up and down.
You might want to try giving yourself a little more spine tilt in the address position... especially with longer clubs like the wood...
Specifically, your head should move towards your right (picture left) about and inch, and the base of your spine near your pelvis should consequentially move towards your left (picture right).

Only two things I can see when breaking it down to individual pauses. I'm not sure your left arm being at almost 12 o'clock at the top is necessarily a good thing, but the club appears to be in great position there. And I detect a bit of a 'reverse C' through impact. You may be holding your weight back a bit? Agree with the comment about tempo - top notch. It's a great swing. Find a good teaching pro to tweak it just a little, and you may indeed get darned close to perfection. :)

it's a pretty solid swing and it is worth it's place on youtube, just not under the name picture perfect, its not.
my biggest tip would be to keep your hands at 90 degrees at the 7 o'clock position (release the club later and quicker)This will give you more speed!
im sure your miss is a pull hook because your hands release so early :P

make a wider turn. your left shoulder doesn't turn as fully as it could and you are unable to load onto your right side. also, you need to keep your left wrist in one piece with your arm, it is cocked and therefore disjointed. with a parallel wrist angle you can more efficiently utilize the power you generate with your shoulder turn. because you never shift your weight back, your hips slide forward and your head shifts back at impact to compensate. quiet the hips in general on the downswing.

your hips and shoulders are facing the ball at impact, you need to work on your weight transfer, try on the backswing to feel your weight on the inside of your right foot like your anchored back there, then begin your downswing by getting the weight on the outside of your left, you can do this by straightening your left knee while firing your right knee laterally

your right hand is misplaced, although your left hand is in the right place. the grip is far too tight though. your posture is a bit out of line, your left shoulder is pushed too far towards the fairway,and in the downswing, you're leaning, not turning and there's absolutely no complex in your shoulders and hips in the whole god damn swing.. that isn't a perfect swing, but not horrible either. although you have some work to do.

if u pause your swing at impact u can tell its not picture perfect. u need to keep your left foot planted more and try to keep it straight. youre getting no power the way youre doing it. youre also standing almost straight up in your backswing.

there is no transfer of weight to your back foot, your shoulders do not turn past the ball, you are leaning not turning, you slide forward way to much on the downswing, your knees are not bent enough, your lifting the club to start the backswing rather than pulling it back, your hands are not gripped properly to work as a single unit...etc. I could name 100 reasons why your swing is not picture perfect

@guitarkid5353 First of all you don't have to transfer the weight to the back foot sometimes that can be a problem if you transer the weight to much to the back foot it's hard to get the weight transfered correctly back to the left foot at impact there should be 90 % weight on the left foot.

well for starters you need to get it out of ur head that ur swing is perfect nobody's is even pro's work on and change things about there swing everyday. you have a great swing and im sure your a good golfer...the main problem with ur swing is ur hips ur moving them towards the target u need to get out of that habit expecially while ur young! also i would try remembering to keep ur head still u dont want to get shorter or taller during ur swing..good work tho
