Lame illegal hack is lame, there is nothing special about this build and you risk messing up your system since these hacked versions could be embedded with Malware.
Best to save your time and not waste bandwidth by downloading from the official Pcsx2 site, or you can compile it yourself from the Svn.

Like how is he not stealling anybodys work!? This is normal PCSX2 with all speedhacks (that anyone CAN turn ON in base version of emu) The only diffrence is that those speedhacks are locked and can not be turned off! Man, this is just ridiculous.
this is really working for me! i try to download your emu and try it with my pirated ps2 game (buy it for only 2USD). convert it to .iso, load... BAM!!! it actually work!!! the speed is marvelous. the original pcsx2 sucks. and you unsuck it. lol!
Sure, the speed is quite impressive, but you're ripping pcsx2 and the devs who are doing ALOT of work, and taking credit for all the work they have been putting into it. How about instead of you ripping off of their work, maybe you should provide them with source code they you have modified and help otu the scene, as well as the original authors of the program you're rpping.
So let me get this straight. You make some packs of the official PCSX2 SVN and name them version 1.3 or whatever? Do you know that it is illegal to distribute any kind of PCSX2 SVN executable which has been modified without also distributing the source?
You are violating the GPL license and we could report your to the GPL authority.

PCSX2 is perfectly legal and you obviously have no idea what you're talking about. The whole program has been made with reverse engineering, it has not used anything under copyrights,does not include a BIOS file (which is copyright sony) and is open source and free.

What are your system stats? and what svn of pcsx2 is this? Is it some custom branch you added code to?
