you can harvest exp by leaving one enemy alive then use return magic by your hero..you can do it many times you want..example: let the mage do the honour of gving the last hit to kill all the enemies so you can give her/him all the high exp..

Bats are a pain in the ass in shining force one killed my main character when I had him walled off....And I forgot bats can fly over water and attack twice often when I died I had a FUUUUUU face so yeah I was pissed

Now I didn't know that this game existed, and I'm kinda mad about that since I love the Shining Force series. I never had a Saturn so...yeah out of the loop here. Anyways, I like your presentation and how you give us a rundown on the enemy types and what you're going to do. You are very detailed, and for that I give you kudos since not many others are.

Regarding the AI: In this game, the AI will generally go after the hero (if possible) unless it can kill someone quickly, in which case they get priority. It gets dumber later on - you'll notice the AI going STRAIGHT for your main character a lot in the second disc (and maybe the third, I haven't played it yet), even if there's another character sitting right nearby with 1 HP.

You may wish to go and read a little, since you're wrong. It has 3 disks, plus the premium disk, each sold separately, all part of one story. The savefiles carry over.
