Why is Jimmy Hart in this promo? Hulk doesn't need a manager. Jimmy is a little annoying man with a megaphone - and that means he should be a heel. Of course, Rick Flair is great on the mic and doesn't need him either. Managers are there to draw heat or to help get over guys who don't have enough personality. I guess Hart just needed some money and Hulk is helping him out.
