@twobooks if you took the time to think or at least figure out that the vowels are pronounced differently than over her (i=ee, a=ah, u=ooh, e=ehh, o=ooo) and then consider that there are americanized schools that teach english, but it's the main language of the school so the accent is picked up mainly instead of japanese you wouldn't seem like such an arrogant know it all who is really just ignorant & oblivious to pretty much everything around you!

I've taken Japanese, and even if I'm rusty at it, I've still met enough Japanese people to know they can say their own names properly.
