When I play this I don't just discard the fish bones,in fact,:ENVIRO-BEAR 2000 TIP:You should usually keep the fish bones in your car and put them on the accelerator pedal,that way you're always driving even when you're not using your hand,so it's much easier to steer and drive at the same time
