This should've been the theme for birth of a spartan. Same music. It starts out with a spartan being kidnapped into the S-2 program crying. Then the hair getting shaved. Then mendez shouting over them. Then the kid is training. Then he gets augmented. Then we see him first day of battle kicking ass and almost getting stabbed by an elite zealot but taking it down same way the odst did.

Wasn't the master chief (MCPO) kidnapped as a young boy and forced into Spartan II: a reboot of the ancient warrior society of Sparta where the youth is raised to become impeccable super soldiers and that his actual name is like John 117? It's a shame this game only turned out to be little more than a dlc yet I feels as if it's story is so much more in-depth that reaches. I mean when bungie announced reach I anticipated huge global wars with spartan npc's dying at your side, but in the end it's really a bunch of run through's of the levels with boring invincible ai spartan's that can't drive. No huge conflicts,not big scarab moments. I feel as if the campaign for reach was very rushed and never really made a whole... I'm sad now.
