@TheLehAya noo not right away. i got some pretty bad pre-breakouts but right now the progress is pretty good. I'm roughly around day 40 so it's all good so far,
I was on Isotane for about 9months. Within 3weeks of starting the course of Isotane the redness of my skin went away, in the first 2months my skin cleared completely. My acne was severe at the start, I was sick and tired of putting on makeup to cover everything. Best thing I've ever done is go to my doctor and ask about Isotane. It's now 9months since I've stopped taking it and I only get the odd pimple every so often(no whiteheads) Nomore dry lips either and my skin isn't hardout dry anymore.
One thing to keep in mind is that if you are young, and by young I mean under the age of 17 or 18, you may have to go on Accutane a second time. Acne can return, though it may not be until you're 20. Most the people I've known that have taken Accutane early have had to go on Accutane a second time (though shorter, like a month.) because it didn't do the job the first time because they were still developing. Just keep that in mind! I'm on it now, day 4 hahahaha. I'm about to feel some dry skin!
Wow you had acne where I usually get acne. I'm starting to get a lot of acne scars and I've even tried toners and I still keep getting several big zits. My forehead is pretty clean, but I'm starting to get a lot of big pimples on my cheeks and on my head and they hurt. I would really want to try accutane but maybe just a small dosage because it's not that bad but I do get really big ones at times. I have like a dent on one of my cheeks because of a scar. Would you consider that severe acne?
greatest med ever i understand if you are a girl who may b in the range of accidental pregnancy or being pregnant i would understand you being hesitent. however myself im a big heavyset male highschool football player so i dont think im getting pregnant any time soon.... best stuff ever though
you forgot about one veeery important side effect.. it causes birth defects. my derm recommended it for me but my dad said no :( i'm currently on a different acne medication and it works GREAT :)
@maddengirl15 Is there many asians in New zeeland? Im asian and I dont have any asian friend here in sweden. I want to move to Australia or New Zeeland just because of the asians :)
@JokoHaqa haha really? i live in NZ and i can tell you we have lot of asian immigrants/international students... etc. some places are dominated by asian population. Australia has definitely more asian
@emiliaagracexo I did minocycline for a long time and it was working wonderfully. However it never cleared up my back acne and my acne relapsed and came back all over my face again. I'm now going on my 3rd month of accutane and so far so good :) Good luck with minocycline though! It worked for my dad when he was younger. It really just depends on you and your skin.
@BeautyByDrann i've never had acne anywhere but my face so i wouldn't know if it would clear it up or not! my friend took it also and the same thing happened to her :( but i switch medications every 6 months so i won't get as used to it

The American Institute of Advanced Medicine has confirmed methods to destroy the symptoms of acne from your body for good. I have been suffering from acne since i was 14. im 29 yrs old and still suffering. when i first tried accutane i was 24yrs old and it was god sent. i had no bad side effect except for yeast infections.
I just started accutane and u said every thing my dermatologist said! :) and I have about the same type of acne that u described that you had. I can't wait til the end of the treatment.
Im wondering about buying all of these products you talked about.
i have had acne since 4th to 5th grade and i am now 13 i feel like i need this because i am getting very uncomfortable with my skin..so im just wondering how much does it cost? please answer back(: thank you.
it looks like you have absolutely no scars!!! Did you ever get any during or after your treatment? And if you did, how long did they last and did you do anything about them?
I´m taking accutane right now as well and i was just wondering when you started to take accutane, did your acne get worse, in the beginning? my dermatologist said that it will get a little worse in the beginning and then eventually it would get better.
I´m taking accutane right now as well and i was just wondering when you started to take accutane, did your acne get worse, in the beginning? my dermatologist said that it will get a little worse in the beginning and then adventually it would get better.
is it the same thing as roaccutane? if it is, my doctor said you aren't allowed to get pregnant on it because it causes severe retardation of the fetus. he made it sound super scary
Hye guys, come check out my channel and give me some feed back! I'll have new videos up soon and I'm taking any type of requests! Please come give me your opinions!! Thanks!
@DemiSelenaFan02 i used to break out randomly. If you havent tried Garnier Exfo Brusher and Spot Treatment (garneir also) you should. Theyre realitively cheap and i havent broken out at all since using them. Inface, i dont even wear foundation anymore its helped that much. Its not going to cure the acne, cause its not like for sever acne but give it a go, it helped me. xxx
I have had acne for about 6-7 years now and i sucks. I have tried over 5 or 6 different creams and 3-4 different pills and nothing seams to work. my skin is alot better now the only thing really are my acne scars & those are so hard to hide! I don't have alot but it's still a bummer. My doctor would like to put me on accutane but i'm still kindof freaked out by it. Your skin looks flawless! :)
Awh, i already have acne scars. Since 7th grade. I feel ugly. -_- My dermatologist prescribed me something that's supposed to help though. Wish me lucks D:
