Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.6 on PC - AMD

I installed iPc with windows 7, but it doesn't works normally.

1st it doesn't recognize any device(iPhone), USB, speakers...

2nd it cannot connect via Ethernet!

How can I solve these problems?

How does Leopard compare to XP speed wise? I'm guessing that PC came with XP on it originally by the processor timeframe. Just want to know, because my sister's laptop has slowed down really badly (and I've tried everything to speed it up, registry defrag, CCleaner, Perfectdisk, you name it) and instead of just reainstalling XP, i wanted to put on a more modern OS, but 512mb of RAM and a 4200RPM hard drive would probably make even Windows 7 feel slow.

Yes, you can install any program you want, but you can't update the system with mac os x bundled tool.

yeah u can.. Also you can update the system using the update tool.. I am running 10.5.8... I started off with ipc 10.5.6 then ran the update.. then rebooted with the disc in the drive, reinstalled some drivers.. rebooted again without disc and its working

have u tried changing the kernel? I have AMD Phenom and it only works if you change the kernel from vanilla to voodoo [i use iAtkos v7 and it is also what i'm using to watch this video]

I tried it on Phenom and I know it works but on Athlon 4600 doesn't, the problem isn't in kernel (processor) I found that the problem here with this Athlon machine is whit chipset, it is ASUS 690G it works on different like 740 or for AMD Quad core egg. Phenom 9550(chipset 940) but chipset 690G is not supported at all

I don't know which drivers are in your dvd but in the iPC dvd there is a driver suitable for 9600 gt (though you have to do some changes)

If i'm not mistaken you get this error when you use wrong chipset driver. Try installing Mac with a different chipset driver.
