Naushad sahab wrote Rafi sahab called on him the day after recording. He knocked on his door put a garland he brought with him and said meri kahani bhoolne wale tera jahan abaad rahe. Naushad sahab said what is the matter. Rafi sahab said he didn't do justice with the song and wished to record it again. Naushad sahab said its perfect and I'm satisfied. Such was the commitment. No wonder these melodies never loose their charm. May God Bless them all.

One of the best song I ever remember and the acting is brilliant. No one can make such a superb movie in the new now! its not because of their talent, its because of true love with their profession which is still not available in this new World. I might be wrong at my place but... I should not be 100pc wrong, i am sure. I am very much thankful to "Krhapa" Brother for uploading such a Great song.

Muqaddar ka sikandar another hit movie , took the love theme from this movie. there amitabh pines away for rakhee but she loves vinod khanna. all said, this sequence is movie legend , the acting by dilip kumar is superb and amitabh cannot match this performance by the handsome dilip. ashok kumar too excels in this movie , nargis acts so realistically and is so pretty. naushad's score is brilliant ably rendered by rafi saab. thanks krhapa.

this is one of the best scenes I have seen in any movie. if you've watched the entire film, then you will notice how well-acted and well-directed this scene is. it has a lot of symbolism and it is paced very well.
