i heard that if you crack an egg on a flat surface instead of the edge of the bowl it helps keep any bits of shell from getting in.

has anyone compared the two ways to crack an egg and figured out the best way to crack an egg?

@graceatbaker i always crack eggs on a flat surface. i give it two quick taps: one in the middle, then a second next the last crack. opens perfectly if you master it.

@Hienzetta considering the size the frittatas are, i don't think calories will be much of an issue :) unless you're allergic to dairy Dx

@stargirlvictoria no its not about the calories its cause my family doesnt eat cheese so i dont have any cheese at home and i bearly go to the market so yeah...
